★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de instalar e usar durante 1 mês eu posso dizer que o serviço de internet é muito bom. O atendimento é simplesmente fora do comum. Nunca vi um atendente se preocupar tanto com o cliente, realmente um atendimento afável! Sempre preocupado em atender o cliente da melhor maneira possível. Os técnicos educados e solícitos. Mas ressaltando novamente o atendimento é muito bom, acredito que se um dia o Miguel sair da empresa deva levar uns clientes com ele ?. O cara é gente fina demais. Única coisa que não gostei foi do roteador em comodato que recebi. Eu não tenho liberdade pra configurar meu wi-fi. Contratei o plano de 200mb e estou satisfeito até o momento! Em resumo, estou satisfeito com a internet até o momento e recomendo com certeza e ainda mais para que tem um uso regular de internet é uma maravilha. Aproveitem as promoções. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
 After installing and using it for 1 month I can say the internet service is very good. The service is simply out of the ordinary. I've never seen an attendant worry so much about the customer, really a kind service! Always concerned with serving the customer in the best way possible. The polite and helpful technicians. But again, the service is very good, I believe that if Miguel leaves the company one day, he should take some clients with him ?. The guy is too nice. Only thing I didn't like was the free loan router I got. I'm not free to configure my wifi. I hired the 200mb plan and I'm satisfied so far! In summary, I am satisfied with the internet so far and I recommend it for sure and even more so for regular internet usage it is wonderful. Enjoy the promotions. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Me deixaram sem Internet um final de semana todo sem nenhum motivo e o pior que a gente não consegue contato, a central do cliente não funciona, já mandei 2 solicitações lá e nenhuma resposta e não consigo falar em NENHUM número no final de semana. Sem condições. Estou denunciando no Procon tb.
Vocês não respondem no WhatsApp, tentei contato desde sábado, já mandei email e nenhuma resposta, o outro número, 4004, tb não funciona final de semana. Ridículo vcs não responderam em nada e vir aqui mandar entrar em contato. NAO contratem essa Internet, eu vou cancelar meu contrato junto ao Procon.
Terrible! They left me without Internet for a whole weekend for no reason and the worst thing is that we can't get in touch, the customer center doesn't work, I've sent 2 requests there and no response and I can't speak ANY number on the weekend. No conditions. I'm reporting on Procon tb.
You don't respond on WhatsApp, I tried to contact you since Saturday, I've sent an email and no response, the other number, 4004, also doesn't work on the weekend. Ridiculous you didn't respond at all and come here to get in touch. DO NOT hire this Internet, I will cancel my contract with Procon.
