Ao reclamar, do péssimo atendimento que sofri, ele não reconheceu e entramos numa calorosa discussão, por muito pouco não fui agredido dentro da loja!
Não indico! O mercado é vasto de opções que colocam o cliente em primeiro lugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência da minha vida. Nunca fui tão desrespeitada. Além de ser muito caro o contrato é mal elaborado. Eles não explicam sobre descontos e ainda quiseram reicincidir o contrato 3 dias antes do meu evento. Olha se depender de mim mais ninguém aluga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita desorganização e desinformação por parte do Dono e da equipe por completo, pois foi solicitado uma paleta de cores e um traje e no momento das provações foram outros, e depois de discutir e eles verificarem que estavam errados, aí já começou a falta de profissionalismo, pois o Douglas já ficou nervoso e começou a fazer tudo com raiva e de qualquer jeito, sendo que em nenhum momento eu faltei com respeito, maltratei ou fiz algo para o tal motivo, após foram feitas a retirada das medidas. Aí no dia da retirada das roupas para ir ao eventos, estavam desalinhadas e folgadas, traduzindo, não foram retidas as medidas adequadamente, tendo que haver retrabalho e perca de tempo gigantesca, fora que teve um agravante principal que eles QUEIMARAM a gravata no momento que eles preparam a roupa para entregar, e foi da pessoa que ia entrar como Pai da Noiva, sério, a gravata estava toda retorcida, já estava na data com casamento e teve que ir com ela assim mesmo, e olha que eles não forneceram a gravata, pois era uma gravata personalizada e apenas foi deixada no momento de provação da roupa e para ir junto no conjunto.
E ainda para finalizar como se já não tivessem feito as cagadas que foram, fomos lá para pedir um esclarecimento do ocorrido, eles pegaram a gravata, abriram ela e retiram toda a costura alegando que iriam arrumar ela, e arruinaram logo de uma vez porque fizeram uma costura tão mal feita que nem um principiante a costura faria, e como se já não tivessem queimado o bastante, foram e terminaram o serviço de queimar a gravata no ferro de passar por completo.
Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma o serviço deles é péssimo para qualquer tipo de ocasião que for sendo evento, casamento, festas o que seja.

Then, on the day the clothes were removed to go to the events, they were disheveled and loose, translating, the measures were not retained properly, having to be rework and huge waste of time, besides that there was a main aggravating factor that they BURNED the tie at the time that they prepare the clothes to deliver, and it was the person who was going to enter as Father of the Bride, seriously, the tie was all twisted, it was already on the wedding date and had to go with it anyway, and look, they didn't provide the tie , as it was a personalized tie and was only left at the time of trying on the clothes and to go along with the set.
And to finish, as if they hadn't already done the mess they were, we went there to ask for a clarification of what had happened, they took the tie, opened it and removed all the sewing, claiming they would fix it, and ruined it right away because they did a sewing so poorly done that not even a beginner could sew it, and as if they hadn't burned enough already, they went and finished the job of burning the tie on the iron completely.
I do not recommend in any way their service is terrible for any type of occasion that is event, wedding, parties whatever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fiz meu primeiro atendimento lá foi bem rápido, fui durante a tarde, e a roupa serviu muito bem, entre as 5 lojas que visitei esta foi a que teve o melhor caimento e conforto do terno para noivo, e com preço competitivo. Recomendo pela qualidade das roupas e pela qualidade do atendimento que foi nota 10, os ajustes também são feitos de forma ágil e fiquei muito feliz com o resultado final durante o casamento.
Só não dou 5 estrelas pois a loja precisa organizar melhor o agendamento, marcam várias pessoas no mesmo horário e a loja fica com aparência de bagunçada quando você entra e se depara com tanta gente, não tem espaço para todos sentarem enquanto aguardam, meu sogro ficou quase 2 horas aguardando atendimento quando foi com meus padrinhos. Mesmo com a quantidade de casamentos sendo remarcados deveria haver uma organização melhor na quantidade de agendamentos que realizam por dia. O atendimento não é ruim, só falta organização da parte dos agendamentos.
Ainda assim eu recomendo fortemente ir provar as roupas aqui, pois são de boa qualidade, mas não vá a não ser que tenha bastante tempo livre.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the store needs to better organize the appointment, they schedule several people at the same time and the store looks messy when you enter and you see so many people, there's no space for everyone to sit down while they wait, my father-in-law stayed almost 2 hours waiting for service when it was with my godparents. Even with the number of weddings being rescheduled, there should be better organization in the number of appointments they make per day. The service is not bad, just lack of organization on the part of the appointments.
Still, I strongly recommend going to try on the clothes here, as they are of good quality, but don't go unless you have a lot of free time.
