★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma tv 4k Sony 905e q a tela não ligava só ficava o som, e conseguiram restaura ela, levou 3 dias e estava pronta, e isto q falei q não tinha pressa, foi bom ter levado lá

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma TV Philco meio antiga que já deu alguns probleminhas. Recentemente o LED queimou. Eles consertaram super rápido. Levei na loja na hora do almoço, 16h30 do mesmo dia já me ligaram falando que estava pronta e tá funcionando perfeitamente bem. O preço é muito bom também e tem facilidades no pagamento. Deram 6 meses de garantia e o atendimento é ótimo. Só vantagens!
I have an old Philco TV that has had some problems. Recently the LED burned out. They fixed it super fast. I took it to the store at lunchtime, 4:30 pm on the same day, they called me saying it was ready and it's working perfectly well. The price is also very good and payment is easy. They gave 6 months of warranty and the service is great. Only advantages!

Honestamente nem fui atrás de uma segunda opinião, primeiro porque era muito próximo a minha casa e segundo pelos ótimos comentários! E não deu outra..retiraram a minha Tv em uma sexta e no outro sábado já estava de volta prontinha.Do mesmo jeito que entreguei, eles devolveram só que funcionando claro hahaha. E ainda o gentil entregador ajustou o meu suporte do painel que estava em uma altura de uma outra tv menor! Deixou então ela já instalada em meu painel! Pura gratidão pelo gesto! I did a single search on where I could get a quote and right away Tv Santa Efigênia appeared! Honestly, I didn't even look for a second opinion, first because it was very close to my house and second because of the great reviews! And there was no other way.. they took my TV away on a Friday and on the other Saturday it was back ready. Antes de ir até lá eu liguei e pedi informações sobre o serviço e passei informações sobre minha tv e já perguntei se haveria possibilidade de manutenção da mesmas e alguém me disse que tinha peças disponíveis e que este serviço poderia ser feito na hora. Quando cheguei fui bem recepcionado e a pessoa pediu um tempo para manutenção. No final deste tempo, quase meio dia eles informaram que não tinham a tela para troca e que precisavam de mais tempo eles me deram um prazo de uma semana e eu dei mais 4 dias e mesmo assim não fizeram a manutenção neste prazo pois não tinham telas úteis. Aceitei o prazo e fui lá sem ligar.... Esperei quase 40 minutos pela chegada do técnico do almoço e o mesmo ainda não tinha feito a manutenção. Ele pediu mais uma semana e prometeu fazer a manutenção e trocar a moldura da minha tv que havia lascado com a queda ( mesmo sendo uma cor diferente) e eu aceitei.Passou uma semana e o prazo e eles não ligaram.. liguei e eles demoraram para atender e eu insisti e eles fizeram de alguma forma a manutenção. No dia que eu fui pegar a minha tv conforme o combinado, eles não haviam feito uma manutenção100%. Perdi quase uma polegada de cima para baixo da minha TV.E eles nem trocaram a moldura como prometeram pois realmente não tinham a peça ( promessa frustrante). Eu só confiei no serviço por que o técnico disse que era uma peça original. Eu espero que essa garantia de conserto de 6 messe que eles me deram seja valida mesmo. Enfim essa foi minha experiência.
The service was not as expected. Before going there I called and asked for information about the service and I gave information about my TV and I already asked if it would be possible to maintain it and someone told me that they had parts available and that this service could be done right away. When I arrived I was well received and the person asked for a time for maintenance. At the end of this time, almost half a day, they informed that they did not have the screen to be replaced and that they needed more time. Useful. I accepted the deadline and went there without calling.... I waited almost 40 minutes for the lunch technician to arrive and he still hadn't done the maintenance. He asked for another week and promised to do the maintenance and change the frame of my tv that had chipped with the fall (even though it was a different color) and I accepted. A week passed and the deadline and they didn't call.. I called and they took a long time to attend and I insisted and they somehow did the maintenance. On the day I went to get my TV as agreed, they hadn't done 100% maintenance. I lost almost an inch from top to bottom of my TV. And they didn't even change the frame as promised because they really didn't have the part (frustrating promise). I only trusted the service because the technician said it was an original part. I hope that 6 month repair guarantee they gave me is really valid. Anyway that was my experience.
