Fiz uma reserva ontem, recebi o comprovante de reserva, sai de Caçapava e vim para Ubatuba, chegando aqui não estava achando o local, paramos pra pedir informações, e pra nossa surpresa o cara falou que essa pousada não existe mais..
Muita falta de comprometimento.
That place doesn't exist anymore!
I made a reservation yesterday, I received the booking voucher, left Caçapava and came to Ubatuba, arriving here I couldn't find the place, we stopped to ask for information, and to our surprise the guy said that this inn no longer exists.
Too much lack of commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo hotel, aluguei do dia 12 ao dia 14/10/2108, sai no dia 13 o quarto nao tem televisão, banheiro quebrado, baratas por todos lugares do quarto, a praia mais proxima impropria para banho, para ir em uma praia que presta precisa ir de carro e ainda andar 20 km, as pessoas sao bem educadas mais as acomodações terriveis.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. need to drive and still walk 20 km, people are well educated plus the terrible accommodations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal de mau caráter, loucos para tirar vantagem dos hóspedes. Aos que tiverem a infelicidade de se hospedar no local, recomendo fortemente que NÃO compartilhe nenhum detalhe sobre sua estadia.
Sobre as amenidades: Precárias e inseguras. Duvido que troquem as roupas de cama.
Recomendo aos inimigos.
Staff of bad character, crazy to take advantage of guests. For those who have the misfortune of staying on site, I strongly recommend NOT sharing any details about your stay.
About amenities: Precarious and unsafe. I doubt they'll change the bedding.
I recommend to the enemies.
