★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma moça ruiva se não me engano, que estava aplicando a vacina foi super mau educada, ela me sugeriu uma forma de relaxar o braço antes da vacina, e em seguida eu só perguntei pra ela se não era melhor de outra forma e sugeri essa forma, e ela explicou que essa forma não era legal, e eu sendo super educado, e ela com toda a falta de educação do mundo, eu segui a sugestão dela e fiz como ela falou, quando saí eu agradeci, só que eu parei perto da porta pra passar gel, e ela provavelmente pensou que eu já estava mais longe, aí só escutei ela dizendo "quer me ensinar". Desacreditei que estava ouvindo aquilo, mesmo assim fui embora sem falar nada, lamentável pessoas assim trabalhando. ?

I disbelieved that I was listening to that, even so I left without saying anything, sorry people like that working. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tomar minha segunda dose da vacina hoje.
Em geral, fui bem atendida na porta; porém, não tive a mesma sorte com a pessoa que conduziu a minha vacinação.
Tentei conversar um pouco, para amenizar meu nervosismo - tenho medo de agulha - e fui cortada várias vezes por ela e pela moça que aplicou a segunda dose em mim.
Por mais que o atendimento tenha sido rápido, acabei me sentindo pouco acolhida por essas duas profissionais em questão.
Faltou simpatia e empatia da parte das profissionais que me atenderam. E isso conta muito quando se vai avaliar o atendimento em geral; pois os profissionais da saúde estão lidando com pessoas e o mínimo que nós queremos, as pessoas com quem eles estão lidando, é sermos BEM ATENDIDOS.
I went to get my second dose of the vaccine today.
In general, I was well attended at the door; however, I was not so lucky with the person who conducted my vaccinations.
I tried to talk a little, to alleviate my nervousness - I'm afraid of needles - and I was cut several times by her and by the girl who applied the second dose to me.
As quick as the service was, I ended up feeling little welcomed by these two professionals in question.
I lacked sympathy and empathy on the part of the professionals who attended me. And that counts for a lot when evaluating the service in general; because health professionals are dealing with people and the least we want, the people they are dealing with, is to be WELL SERVED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À 6 meses atrás fui diagnosticado com tuberculose e iniciei o meu tratamento na UBS Parque Imperial, nesse mês chego ao fim do meu tratamento e gostaria de deixar aqui o meu agradecimento à todo o time envolvido no meu caso. Em especial à Leide, que sempre se mostrou super atenciosa e me recebeu de braços abertos do início ao fim do tratamento, ela simplesmente é uma colaboradora sensacional e sou extremante grato por ela ter demonstrado tamanho profissionalismo e empatia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local pequeno, cheio, mas muito bem organizado. Minha região de moradia é atendida em outro local, porém, levei 15 minutos para pegar senha e receber todas as orientações necessárias para ir ao meu ponto de atendimento (que infelizmente foi uma decepção), é limpo, organizado e de fácil acesso, bem próximo à estação São Judas do metrô e à igreja São Judas.
Small, crowded place, but very well organized. My region of residence is served in another location, however, it took me 15 minutes to get the password and receive all the necessary guidance to go to my service point (which unfortunately was a disappointment), it is clean, organized and easily accessible, very close to São Judas subway station and São Judas church.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou surpreso positivamente com a qualidade do atendimento desta UBS. Desde a recepção que foi atenciosa e rápida. Fui atendido pela Amanda e Itamara que foram super gentis e proativas comigo, explicando os procedimentos pelos quais eu passaria. Vim fazer teste rápido de dengue. Este teste não está disponível nos laboratórios particulares e aqui fiz o exame na hora. Incrível a qualidade do atendimento.
Também usei o posto para me vacinar e fui bem atendido. Recomendo.
I am positively surprised by the quality of service at this UBS. From the front desk it was helpful and fast. I was attended by Amanda and Itamara who were super kind and proactive with me, explaining the procedures I would go through. I came to do a quick test for dengue. This test is not available in private laboratories and here I took the exam right away. Incredible quality of service.
I also used the post to get vaccinated and I was well attended to. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários dessa UBS criam as próprias “regras” de funcionamento.
O horário de atendimento vai até as 19h. Estou gestante e fui tomar a vacina da gripe, cheguei no posto as 18:35 mas os atendentes já haviam desconectado do sistema e ainda fui obrigada a ouvir de uma das enfermeiras que eu teria que chegar mais cedo, porque eles tem muitos relatórios pra fazer, sendo que os computadores já estavam desligados e a única coisa que estavam fazendo era mexer no celular.
Não bastasse isso, meu marido foi junto para tomar a dose de reforço contra Covid, e eles alegaram que só aplicam até as 17h!
Péssimo atendimento!
The employees of this UBS create their own “rules” of operation.
Opening hours last until 19:00. I'm pregnant and I went for the flu vaccine, I arrived at the clinic at 6:35 pm but the attendants had already disconnected from the system and I was even forced to hear from one of the nurses that I would have to arrive earlier, because they have a lot of reports to do , since the computers were already turned off and the only thing they were doing was fiddling with the cell phone.
As if that were not enough, my husband went with him to take the booster dose against Covid, and they claimed that they only apply until 5pm!
Terrible attendance!
