★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista demonstra falta de profissionalismo, péssimo atendimento...procura a ficha numa lerdeza só, dá para perceber que a pessoa só está ali pra cumprir a carga horária não vendo a hora de ir embora.
Dinheiro fácil trabalhar assim!

Nothing to complain about the great professional gynecologist, but the receptionist very rude. No profinalism whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível recepcionista fica no Cel, sem dá atenção ao paciente, ginecologista Gildeon Oliveira Jr sem edução simplesmente olhou para mim, e disse pare de tomar o remédio você vai tem 10 dias de hemorragia depois começa tomar a pílula oi médico sem noção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pediatra é bom, mas o atendimento do posto só por Deus. As moças que marcam as consultas parece que não sabem oque estao fazendo ali, são grossas e fazem as coisas da má vontade. Chega na recepção você precisa esperar a pessoa parar de mexer no celular para te atender.
The pediatrician is good, but the service is provided by God alone. The girls who make appointments do not seem to know what they are doing there, they are thick and do things unwillingly. Arrives at the reception you need to wait for the person to stop touching the cell phone to answer you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incrível como há pessoas despreparadas para atendimento ao público!! Estou passada com o que vivenciei nesse local. Fui encaminhada da minha UBS-SÃO BENTO para essa do Pq. Mª Helena para uma consulta pediátrica para minha filha. Pasmem!!! Após passar na recepção , fui encaminhada ao andar superior. Quando minha filha foi chamada pelo médico (QUE ESTAVA USANDO A MÁSCARA NO QUEIXO!!?), percebi que era um GINECOLOGISTA, mesmo assim perguntei ao próprio se ele era "pediatra" ele disse que não... Me retirei desci até a recepção, informei o ocorrido, a recepcionista disse que não foi ela quem me atendeu (sendo a única que estava lá)... Fui firme e disse que gostaria de ser encaminhada para a especialidade correta, foi quando ela me informou que na unidade, naquele momento "NÃO HAVIA NENHUM PEDIATRA NO LOCAL!!".... E que apenas 2 dias na semana (2ª e 6ª) e não na 5ª. Sinceramente deixo a avaliação a vc que leu até aqui!!! ??????????
Incredible as there are people unprepared to attend the public !! I'm stuck with what I experienced in that place. I was referred from my UBS-SÃO BENTO to that of Pq. Mª Helena for a pediatric consultation for my daughter. Amazing !!! After passing the reception, I was directed to the upper floor. When my daughter was called by the doctor (WHO WAS USING THE MASK ON CHIN !! ?), I realized that I was a GYNECOLOGIST, even so I asked him if he was a "pediatrician" he said no ... I left and went down to the reception , I reported what happened, the receptionist said that she was not the one who attended me (being the only one who was there) ... I was firm and said that I would like to be referred to the correct specialty, it was when she informed me that at the unit, at that moment "THERE WERE NO PEDIATRICS ON THE SITE !!" .... And that only 2 days a week (2nd and 6th) and not on the 5th. I sincerely leave the evaluation to you who read this far !!! ??????????
