★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de comunicação entre os colaboradores, muito desorganizado na clínica. Agendamos exames para meu Pai, após chega na clínica ocorreu falta de comunicação e com isso fomos atendidos quase meio dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepçao foi excelente! São ágeis atenciosos, nota 10! Porem o principal que é a execução do exame, no meu caso a ressonância foi um pesadelo. Acredito que a pessoa que conduz nao se comunica, é ríspida. Outra coisa que n.no SUS ocorre, a gente veste uma bata de TNT, um cubículo, fica largado esperando em um corredor... Foi traumatizante...para piorar queriam me dar um contraste após no meio para o final do exame. Peço que treinem essa equipe com temas ligados a humanizaçao...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência horrível, não só culpa da clínica, mas também do convênio que me levou até lá, passei o dia de fome em jejum esperando um exame de ressonância, estava morrendo de dor e não podia tomar meus remédios. Foi um descaso que me abalou bastante.Pra alguém que já está doente sentindo muita dor todos os dias, passar o dia de dor e fome até o fim da tarde foi terrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame e atendimento foi super demorado, até entendo que isso depende da demanda do dia, mas funcionários não explicam nada. Fiz o exame e me deram 4 dias úteis para o resultado, já se passaram 7 dias úteis e nada. Tenho consulta de retorno marcada. Ligo e a atendente só sabe dizer que não foi liberado ainda e já reportou para o médico mas ele ainda não deu retorno. Aconselho que se você estiver pagando do seu bolso um exame ou tiver outras opções de laboratório por convênio: NÃO ESCOLHA ESTE LOCAL.

I took the exam and they gave me 4 working days for the result, 7 working days have passed and nothing. I have a return appointment scheduled. I call and the attendant can only say that he has not yet been released and has already reported it to the doctor but he still has not returned. I advise that if you are paying out of pocket for an exam or have other laboratory options by agreement: DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado. Horário agendado é uma piada. Marcaram uma ressonância na semana e mesmo duas horas depois do horário agendado não fui atendido. Desisti, remarquei. Voltei! Estou aqui novamente, no sábado, com agendamento as 10:10. 30 minutos já se foram e ainda não fui atendido, pois duas pessoas estão na minha frente - pra fazer um exame que demora, em média, 30-40 min. Kkkkk Ou seja, uma hora e trinta minutos de espera, no mínimo.
Long service. Scheduled time is a joke. They scheduled an MRI during the week and even two hours after the scheduled time I was not seen. I gave up, rescheduled. I returned! I'm here again, on Saturday, by appointment at 10:10. 30 minutes have passed and I still haven't been seen, because two people are in front of me - to do an exam that takes, on average, 30-40 min. Fui hoje pela manha realizarmos uma us da minha filha o local estava bem cheio, o ambiente e bem agradavel mais o local que faz a us estava com muita gente sem canto para sentar passei um um bom tempo para ser chamada no guiche para realizar o atendimento, ja no atendimento foi um processo bem rapido, a atendente (Karen) muito simpática, educada e atenciosa, me infomou todo o procedimento de jejum, ligou para o convenio para agilizar a autorização, informou o tempo de espera para sair o resultado, nao pude esperar e retornei a tarde para pegar o resultado.
Ja para receber o resultado quando retornei a tarde a atendente da entrega (sherida) tbm foi muito solicita, educada e atenciosa rapidamente me entregou o resultado.
Por mais profissionais dessa forma, fez com que minha insatisfação da lotaçao diminui-se, estão de parabens .
