★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet vive dando problema , toda semana um caso diferente , problemas com fornecedor , rompimento de fibra , problemas técnicos , tenho que admitir que o reparo é rápido , porém os problemas são frequentes. Falta mais organização e atenção com os clientes , aviso prévio para manutenções seria necessário , pois há pessoas que necessitam da internet , qual que seja o horário , então precisa haver um aviso para uma eventual programação do cliente. Tem como melhorar e muito. Abraços.
Internet is always giving a problem, every week a different case, supplier problems, fiber breakdown, technical problems, I have to admit that the repair is fast, but the problems are frequent. Lacking more organization and attention to customers, advance notice would be needed, as there are people who need the internet, whatever the time, so there needs to be a warning for any customer scheduling.
