★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 23/03/2021, as 09;30, fui pegar os meus remédios de Hipertensão, sendo que sempre peguei nesta farmácia aproximadamente quase 1 ano, Losartana de 50mg e Atenolol de 2mg, pela farmácia popular pois tenho receita, porém um atendente de aparentemente de 40 anos, acredito que deve ser a farmacêutica lá, me disse que NÃO tinha direito do remedio atenolol de 25mg, que eu tinha que PAGAR, que eles apenas forneciam a de 50mg, eu questionei na hora, pois sempre peguei e a mesma foi GROSSA, eu disse que sempre peguei com 02 atendentes um moreno e um outro baixinho, mas sempre bem educados os dois, e ela me disse que eles estavam tomando café e se eu quisesse poderia voltar depois de 20 minutos, porém quando o outro atendente que sempre pego voltou na hora ele me chamou pelo nome(muito educado ele, pena que não lembro do nome dele para elogiar). Ele me disse que tinha direito SIM, na mesma hora chamei o gerente para reclamar, para ele orientar a funcionaria, pois ela não teve nem a competencia de consultar o site referente aos medicamentos de direito. POIS bem, hoje no dia 24/03/2021, voltei no mesmo lugar para buscar os remedios e a mesma ATENDENTE ao me ver, SAIU DO BALCÃO e não quis me atender. Deixo aqui o meu descontentamento com essa funcionária e espero que o GERENTE tome providencias, pois não adianta ter a farmacia ULTRAFARMA-POPULAR se existe funcionário mal treinados e não contentes com o seu serviço, pois tem muita gente que quer trabalhar e pode fazer MELHOR que essa funcionária. Aviso que o meu questionamento é que se as pessoas tem O DIREITO PELO ESTADO DE REMEDIOS DE GRAÇA, me senti LESADO e CONSTRANGIDO pela atitude dessa funcionária que não sabe trabalhar com PÚBLICO.
On 03/23/2021, at 9:30 am, I went to get my Hypertension remedies, being that I always took about 1 year at this pharmacy, 50mg Losartana and 2mg Atenolol, by the popular pharmacy because I have a prescription, but an attendant apparently 40 years old, I believe it must be the pharmacist there, he told me that he was NOT entitled to the 25mg atenolol remedy, that I had to PAY, that they only provided the 50mg, I asked at the time, because I always took it and the it was THICK, I said that I always caught two men, one dark and one short, but always well educated both, and she told me that they were drinking coffee and if I wanted I could come back after 20 minutes, but when the other the attendant who always caught me came back on time, he called me by name (he was very polite, too bad I don't remember his name to praise). He told me that he was entitled YES, at the same time I called the manager to complain, for him to guide the staff, since she did not even have the competence to consult the website regarding the right medicines. THEN well, today on 03/24/2021, I went back to the same place to get the medicines and the same ATTENDANT to see me, LEFT THE BALCONY and didn't want to answer me. I leave here my discontent with this employee and I hope that the MANAGER takes action, as there is no point in having the ULTRAFARMA-POPULAR pharmacy if there are poorly trained employees and are not happy with their service, as there are many people who want to work and can do BETTER than this employee. I notice that my question is that if people have THE RIGHT FOR THE STATE OF REMEDIES FOR FREE, I felt LESTEEN and CONSTRAINED by the attitude of this employee who does not know how to work with PUBLIC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se for pedir pelo WhatsApp peçam na da vila Carrão que é mais rápido e pessoal mais solicito. Demoram 3 horas pra responder, mais 3 horas pra passar o valor da medicação e mais 3 horas pra informar da entrega (dependendo do horário fica para o outro dia ou o outro).
Atendente sempre fala que está só e tem muito pedido.
If you are going to ask for WhatsApp, ask for the one in Vila Carrão, which is faster and the most requested staff. It takes 3 hours to answer, another 3 hours to pass the medication value and another 3 hours to inform the delivery (depending on the time, it's for the next day or the other).
Attendant always says he's alone and has a lot of requests.
