Nessa época de pandemia foi adotado outro procedimento: aulas online com a eficácia das presenciais. As turmas são pequenas para que o professor possa corrigir as posturas dx alunx. Além disso, não deixamos de fazer exercícios físicos e mantemos a ansiedade de lado. Adorei os métodos presencial e online!!
