Terrible. I made a complaint in the administration email and also in the SMH ombudsman. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, esperei 45 minutos para pegar o resultado de um exame. Detalhe: a sala estava vazia, não faz sentido essa demora toda pra entregar um laudo. Se vc não quiser ficar frustrado, procure outra clínica!
Terrible, I waited 45 minutes to get the result of an exam. Detail: the room was empty, it does not make sense this delay to deliver a report. If you don't want to be frustrated, look for another clinic!
