Temos sim regras a serem seguidas, mas quando se trata de pessoas e principalmente saúde nós precisamos ter um pouco de cuidado, nem todos são iguais, existem pacientes folgados e injustos, mas existem os que são honestos.
Excellent doctor. But lack empathy in meeting the secretaries.
We do have rules to follow, but when it comes to people and especially health we need to be a little careful, not all are equal, there are loose and unjust patients, but there are those who are honest.

A gente liga para o fixo e a atendente diz para mandar por WhatsApp aí demora 2 horas para responder o whatsapp dizendo que só tem vaga para daqui 2 meses!!!!!! A médica é ótima, mas essa atendente é horrível!!!!!
Terrible attendance!!!!!
We call the landline and the attendant says to send it by WhatsApp, then it takes 2 hours to respond to whatsapp saying that there is only a vacancy for 2 months from now!!!!!! The doctor is great, but this attendant is horrible!!!!!
