★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para pegar informações sobre os planos para colocar a internet, a pessoa que atendeu pediu telefone, CPF, endereço, e-mail, e disse a equipe de vendas retorna em torno de 1 a 2 horas. Isso é um absurdo! Em tempos como hoje, essas respostas precisam ser imediatas. Se para dar uma informação é tão moroso assim, imagino depois que se vira cliente, atendimento da Ingrid ruim, seco, e com zero informação. Enquanto TODAS as outras empresas que falei já tinha tudo na hora pra me dar.
Espero que essa crítica seja construtiva, e tirem vocês dessa zona de conforto.
 I called to get information about plans to put the internet on, the person who answered asked for phone, social security number, address, e-mail, and said the sales team returns in about 1-2 hours. This is absurd! In times like today, these responses need to be immediate. If giving information is so time consuming, I imagine after becoming a customer, Ingrid's service was bad, dry, and with zero information. While ALL the other companies I spoke to already had everything in time to give it to me.
I hope this criticism is constructive, and takes you out of that comfort zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que já tivemos. Atendentes totalmente despreparados, não há diferença no atendimento pra cliente final ou para provedores de internet, o que é um absurdo! Apenas prejuízo! A velocidade contratada NUNCA CHEGOU COMPLETA! Para um link que eles dizem ser dedicado é decepcionante e você não tem suporte caso precise! Não recomendo em hipótese alguma. Decepcionante e você fica preso a um contrato que é favorável apenas a eles.
The worst experience we've ever had. Totally unprepared attendants, there is no difference in service for the end customer or for internet providers, which is absurd! Only prejudice! The contracted speed NEVER ARRIVED COMPLETE! For a link they say is dedicated is disappointing and you don't have support should you need it! I don't recommend it under any circumstances. Disappointing and you are stuck in a contract that is favorable only to them.
