Não atendem, não emitem uma declaração pq estou me transferindo para outra universidade.
Péssimo, não indico pea njnguem.
Procurem outrora instituição pq vai passar muita raiva
 Bad service, I've been asking for a document for a month and they don't solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento ligar na Universidade há mais de três meses , e ou whats , mas ninguém atende ou responde. Gostaria muito de fazer Psicologia semipresencial, pois não moro em SP. Pena não ter conseguido. Se alguém tiver alguma número mais fácil.
I've been trying to call the University for over three months, and or whats, but no one answers or answers. I would love to do semi-presential Psychology, as I don't live in SP. Too bad I didn't make it. If anyone has any numbers easier.

Faz duas semanas que estou tentando contato com a faculdade pelo telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp, e ninguém me responde. Os números disponíveis no site ninguém atende e um deles te joga para uma acessória de advogados.
Não tenho acesso ao meu ava e nem as minhas disciplinas para cursar. Assinei o contrato e mesmo assim consta que não estou matriculado em nenhum curso.
Perdi dois dias de trabalho tentando resolver isso pessoalmente no Polo da Paulista, e eles falam a mesma coisa, que não podem resolver pessoalmente, mas que vão me retornar pelo telefone. Aqui estou eu, com mais de 70 ligações feitas para eles, foram email e diversas mensagens no WhatsApp tentando contato com alguém para cancelar minha matrícula.
I applied to college for the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.
I've been trying to contact the college for two weeks by phone, email and WhatsApp, and no one responds. The numbers available on the site no one answers and one of them throws you into a lawyer's accessory.
I don't have access to my ava or my subjects to take. I signed the contract and it still says that I am not enrolled in any course.
I lost two days of work trying to solve this in person at the Polo da Paulista, and they say the same thing, that they cannot solve it in person, but they will get back to me over the phone. Here I am, with more than 70 calls made to them, they were email and several messages on WhatsApp trying to contact someone to cancel my registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo para ninguém estudar nesse lugar, uma empresa golpista que só pensa no dinheiro dos alunos, desorganizada, que não entrega diploma, muitos cursos não são reconhecidos, enganam os alunos!!!
Trabalhei nesse lugar e está falido, os funcionários não permanecem, eles não pagam o salário em dia, não depositam FGTS, são cheios de processos!! Eu sai da empresa em Janeiro e até hoje não assinei nada da minha saída. Uma enrolação total, enganam o MEC para terem um nota razoável mas são péssimos não recomendo NUNCA. PIOR EMPRESA!!! DENUNCIEM!!!
As demais alegações só judicialmente porque eles não resolvem nada e não vão resolver.
CUIDADO OS UNICOS COMENTARIOS POSITIVOS SÃO DE FUNCIONARIOS QUE SAO "OBRIGADOS" A MENTIR PARA AUMENTAR A REPUTAÇÃO DA EMPRESA. NAO SE ENGANEM.
I don't recommend anyone to study in this place, a scam company that only thinks about the students' money, disorganized, that doesn't deliver a diploma, many courses are not recognized, they deceive students!!!
I worked at this place and it's bankrupt, the employees don't stay, they don't pay their salary on time, they don't deposit FGTS, they are full of lawsuits!! I left the company in January and until today I have not signed anything on my departure. A total hype, they fool the MEC to have a reasonable grade but they are terrible I do not recommend NEVER. WORST COMPANY!!! REPORT!!!
The other allegations only judicially because they do not resolve anything and will not resolve.
CAUTION THE ONLY POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES WHO ARE "FORCED" TO LIE IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE COMPANY'S REPUTATION. DON'T BE FOOLED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente plataforma digital, com vários recursos para apoio ao aluno. Estou cursando engenharia civil, na modalidade live, e estou gostando muito dessa modalidade. Excelentes professores, e aulas ao vivo uma vez por semana, sem contar os laboratórios virtuais e os cursos de férias. Muito boa a faculdade.
Excellent digital platform, with several resources to support the student. I'm studying civil engineering, in the live modality, and I'm really enjoying this modality. Excellent teachers, and live classes once a week, not to mention virtual labs and vacation courses. College is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz minha matrícula semana passada (dia 13/04 para ser exata) e o processo foi muito rápido, mandaram um e-mail falando que mandariam o acesso em 48 horas, porém 48 horas cairia na sexta (feriado), ai acredito que não me mandaram o acesso por isso, hoje de manhã chamei eles via whatsapp e fui muito bem atendida, mandaram os links na hora… quando eu fiz a matrícula não tinha pesquiso muito bem sobre a facul e depois fui pesquisar e tem bastante críticas sobre a organização. Minha avaliação vai ser 5 estrelas pelo bom atendimento e a boa organização (até agora pelo menos), acho que nessa parte melhoraram bastante…
I registered last week (04/13 to be exact) and the process was very fast, they sent an email saying they would send the access in 48 hours, but 48 hours would fall on Friday (holiday), so I don't think so. they sent me access so this morning I called them via whatsapp and I was very well attended, they sent the links right away... when I enrolled I didn't research very well about the facul and then I went to research and there are a lot of criticisms about the organization . My evaluation will be 5 stars for the good service and good organization (so far at least), I think they have improved a lot in this part…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na faculdade recentemente por meio do PROUNI, mas tenho me decepcionado com o atendimento e organização. Me matriculei no curso de Administração, como sou novo fui até a escola para me explicarem como funciona, sempre dão uma explicação rápida falando que pelo AVA vc encontra tudo. Só que no AVA não encontro nada, fui na escola no dia 08/04 pois falaram que tinha projeto, chegando lá não tinha aula. Me falaram que minha aula era segunda e quarta, fui no dia 11/04 e ninguém encontrou onde eu tinha que ir, nem as pessoas do 6º, nem do 12º, nem do 7º, fiquei de lá pra cá, não encontraram a sala que eu teria aula, e pior, voltei sem nem saber os dias que tenho que ir pra escola. Mandaram mandar msg para secretaria. Ai o Portal do Aluno não funciona, no AVA não tem os dias da aula, ou seja, estou perdendo tempo e dinheiro e não consigo estudar.
I entered college recently through PROUNI, but I have been disappointed with the service and organization. I enrolled in the Administration course, as I am new, I went to the school to be explained how it works, they always give a quick explanation saying that through AVA you can find everything. But I can't find anything at the AVA, I went to school on 04/08 because they said there was a project, when I got there, there was no class. They told me that my class was Monday and Wednesday, I went on 04/11 and nobody found where I had to go, not the people from the 6th, nor from the 12th, nor from the 7th, I stayed from there to here, they couldn't find the room that I would have class, and worse, I came back without even knowing the days I have to go to school. They sent a message to the secretary. Then the Student Portal doesn't work, the VLE doesn't have class days, that is, I'm wasting time and money and I can't study.
