★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que tenho a reclamar é o que todos reclamam, questão de horário de chegada, acredito que seria melhor organizado por hora marcada, a estrutura é boa e tem um bom quadro se profissionais, porem peca na organização. Poderia ser melhor principalmente na capacitação profissional dos técnicos. Estacionamento até que tem, porem é um pouco longe e nem todos os pacientes sabem que tem estacionamento.
 What I have to complain about is what everyone complains about, arrival time issue, I believe it would be better organized by appointment, the structure is good and it has a good picture if professionals, but they sin in the organization. It could be better especially in the professional qualification of the technicians. Parking until there is, but it is a bit far and not all patients know that there is parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, infelizmente as pessoas que não tem como sair da cidade ficam nesse açougue, os médicos são grossos param o atendimento do nada e vc que morra na fila esperando, não vão, tem lugar muito melhor em Santo Antônio de Jesus, mesmo saindo para outra cidade vc é atendido e ainda chega antes se ficar na fila desse açougue.
Horrible, unfortunately people who have no way out of the city stay in this butcher shop, the doctors are thick stop the service from nowhere and you die in the queue waiting, they won't go, there is a much better place in Santo Antônio de Jesus, even going out to another you are served and you will arrive sooner if you wait in line at this butcher shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, marcam e remarcam sua consulta, dizem que tentaram te contactar mas no seu telefone não tem nenhuma chamada. Planserv nunca funciona ou vão remarcando até vc desistir.
É deprimente uma clínica com a apresentação de serviços tão bons se portar dessa forma, grávida esperei de 13 h até 20 h para fazer uma ultrassonografia.
As filas são enormes, ninguém nunca sabe informar nada direito, quando liga e atendem (caso raro) vão transferindo de um setor para o outro até a ligação cair ou houver desistência por parte do paciente depois de tanta espera.
Bad experience, make and reschedule your appointment, say they tried to contact you but have no calls on your phone. Planserv never works or they are rescheduled until you give up.
It is depressing a clinic with the presentation of such good services to behave this way, pregnant I waited from 13 h until 20 h to do an ultrasound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora absurda pra ser atendido na pediatria. Geralmente a demora pra ser atendido é no SUS. Um dos critérios para buscarmos a consulta particular é a agilidade no atendimento (coisa que aqui não existe). Cheguei às 15:20 com meu filho, até o momento 16:33 ainda não fui atendido! Não há uma organização por parte da administração para que funcione por horário.
Espero que a consulta faça valer a pena a demora!
It takes absurd to be seen in pediatrics. Usually the delay to be attended is in SUS. One of the criteria for seeking private consultation is the speed of service (something that does not exist here). I arrived at 15:20 with my son, until the moment 16:33 I still haven't been attended! There is no organization on the part of management to operate on a per-hour basis.

pediatra estava de férias e voltaria só em Janeiro e não teria atendimento.
E no atendimento público também não tinha foi horrível passei por um susto, espero que melhore a saúde na cidade .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente nunca consegue contato com a clinica, o whatzap tem mensagem automática q nao reaolve nada e pra vc conseguir falar com uma atendente eh missão impossível. Telefone fixo nunca toca, ou seja, melhor ir no concorrente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vcs, deveriam ter mais respeito! nos passam números de telefones que nunca atendem, o pior que fui pessoalmente mandaram ligar para Central de Marcação. resolvam isso e tenham mais respeito, não estamos pedindo nada.
You guys should have more respect! they give us phone numbers that never answer, the worst I was personally they sent a call to the Dialing Center. solve this and have more respect, we are not asking for anything.
