Bad service, employees do not know how to treat the customer. I didn't have the car I booked and they wanted to charge me for the upgrade. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Ligamos em diversas locadoras de Fortaleza, todas colocavam dificuldades, burocracia. Na unidas, a primeira vez que ligamos todas as dúvidas foram sanadas e logo nos direcionamos para buscar o carro, lá fomos bem atendidos, a atendente disposta e fez de forma honesta a vistoria junto conosco. Quando fomos devolver, todos os funcionários envolvidos foram muito educados e preocupados com nossa satisfação. Com certeza, agora, será nossa primeira opção.
I would like to congratulate the Unidas team both from the center unit where we picked up the vehicle and from the airport unit where we returned it. We called several rental companies in Fortaleza, all of them posed difficulties, bureaucracy. At united, the first time we called, all the doubts were resolved and we soon went to pick up the car, there we were well attended, the attendant was willing and honestly carried out the inspection together with us. When we went to return, all employees involved were very polite and concerned about our satisfaction. Surely, now, it will be our first choice.
