★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho feito acompanhamento obstétrico nessa clínica. E só tenho avaliações positivas. A Dra. Junia é diferenciada, detalha cada passo executado no ultrassom com muita paciência e carinho. A sua auxiliar também é muito eficiente. A recepção funciona muito bem e todas as atendentes são muito gentis. Realizei todas as marcações via WhatsApp e fui muito bem atendida. Recomendo !
I have been doing obstetric follow-up at this clinic. And I only have positive reviews. Dr. Junia is different, details each step performed on the ultrasound with great patience and affection. Your helper is also very efficient. The reception works very well and all the attendants are very kind. I made all the appointments via WhatsApp and was very well attended. I recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai já tinha tentado duas vezes fazer um exame de imagem no punho e tinha dado errado pq ele ter um tremor na mão, foi até a Unimagem BH e com muito carinho e paciência conseguiram realizar o exame.
My father had already tried twice to do an imaging exam on his wrist and it had gone wrong because he had a hand tremor, he went to Unimagem BH and with great care and patience they managed to perform the exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As recepcionistas e funcionárias da marcação acreditam estar fazendo um favor em te atender. A médica foi excelente, rápida, solicita e atenciosa.
A clínica não respeita regras de atendimento preferencial e prioritário, não raras vezes ficam vários idosos e sentados no chão e nas colunas do alpendre por não ter cadeiras suficientes. Respeito zero às regras de isolamento.
The receptionists and appointment staff believe they are doing you a favor by serving you. The doctor was excellent, quick, prompt and attentive.
The clinic does not respect the rules of preferential and priority care, many elderly people are often sitting on the floor and on the porch columns because there are not enough chairs. Zero respect for isolation rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive na clinica algumas vezes para realizar exames de ultrassom e tomografia. Em todas elas recebi um excelente atendimento. Desde o agendamento até a realização dos procedimentos. Só tenho a agradecer à toda equipe da Unimagem. Atendentes, médicos e gerência.. vcs são MT atenciosos e prestativos na tarefa de acolher as pessoas que buscam um atendimento de qualidade. Obrigada pela disponibilidade de me atenderem sempre que necessito!
I've been to the clinic a few times to perform ultrasound and tomography exams. In all of them I received an excellent service. From scheduling to performing the procedures. I just have to thank the entire team at Unimagem. Attendants, doctors and management... you are attentive and helpful TMs in the task of welcoming people who seek quality care. Thank you for your availability to assist me whenever I need it!

Só me atenderam porque reclamei ...
Good Morning! Yesterday, it was scheduled for 12/06/2021 at 13:00. They attended me at almost 14:00 and wanted me to wait until 14:10 because the guy who does the X-ray would see me after all the CT scans. In addition to having changed my schedule twice. Chegamos com uma hora de antecedência do horário marcado clínica vazia não tinha ninguém esperando!
Fomos orientados que a máquina de tomografia seria liberada daqui a 45 minutos. Deu o horário da consulta marcada e nada !
20 minutos depois fui chamada e o atendente simplesmente falou seu exame não será feito aqui será feito na nossa outra unidade .dentro do hospital sangra cruz....me sigam... descemos a pé para outra unidade e chegando lá lotado!
Sentamos novamente tivemos que esperar !consulta marcada !
Não indico!

We arrived an hour in advance of the scheduled clinic empty time there was no one waiting!
We were told that the tomography machine would be released in 45 minutes. He gave the appointment time and nothing!
20 minutes later I was called and the attendant simply said his exam will not be done here it will be done in our other unit. Inside the hospital bleeds cross .... follow me ... we walk down to another unit and get there crowded!
We sat down again and we had to wait!
