★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha família e eu estamos muito satisfeitos com a Unimed Fesp. Este ano utilizamos o plano para consultas, exames, internação (UTI) e cirurgia. Até o momento não tivemos nenhum problema. Pelo contrário, fomos surpreendidos positivamente, já que os atendentes sempre foram muito atenciosos, conseguimos agendar consultas e exames com rapidez e o convênio cobriu todas as despesas de internações e cirurgias que necessitamos.
My family and I are very pleased with Unimed Fesp. This year we use the plan for consultations, exams, hospitalization (ICU) and surgery. So far we have had no problem. On the contrary, we were positively surprised, as the attendants were always very attentive, we were able to schedule appointments and exams quickly and the agreement covered all the hospitalization and surgery expenses we need.

Os atendentes não dão sinal de vida, a Clínica não consegue contato ! Um VERDADEIRO LIXO. Se você está pensando em contratar, por favor, CORRE !
The WORST company of health plan of Brazil! No questions asked! I am for the third time at 1 am in the clinic waiting for the release of Unimed to do the exams already marked. The attendants give no sign of life, the Clinic can not contact! A TRUE TRASH. If you are thinking of hiring, please RUN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Estou aguardando uma autorização desta instituição, desde 11/07. Meu pai precisa de uma colocação de Stent. Dei entrada com documentação no Hospital Bandeirantes dia 29/6, aonde o mesmo faz analise dos documentos e envia para a Unimed Fesp, que é o Convenio dos meus pais e que sempre pagaram certinho, alias este mês teve aumento de 28 porcento e eles irão pagar...porém quando precisamos do serviço, não há comprometimento da mesma, pois pensa-se que teremos o retorno em breve, mas isso não ocorre. Toda vez que ligo dizem que esta em analise e que temos que aguardar!!! A cirurgia esta pré agendada pra dia 29/7 e se esse papel não chegar hoje nas mãos do hospital, terá que ser adiada. O caso é grave e urgente, não estou pedindo esmola, nem favor, só preciso da autorização. Ele está ansioso, a pressão alta. Estou ligando e entrando on line com a Unimed todos os dias desde do dia 18/07 e nada. Hoje dia 27/07 já liguei umas 10 vezes, enviei carta pra ouvidoria e nada, só mandam eu aguardar e esperar a autorização....como assim...aguardar, não aguento mais aguardar!! Alguem me ajude por favor!!!!!???Não conseguimos falar com uma pessoa que possa realmente nos dar uma resposta positiva!!!
Good afternoon! I have been waiting for a permit from this institution since 7/11. My dad needs a stent placement. I entered with documentation in Hospital Bandeirantes on 29/6, where he does the analysis of documents and sends to Unimed Fesp, which is the convention of my parents and who always paid fine, alias this month had an increase of 28 percent and they will pay ... but when we need the service, there is no compromise of it, because it is thought that we will have the return soon, but this does not occur. The case is serious and urgent, I am not begging or favor, I just need the authorization. He is anxious, high blood pressure. I'm calling and getting online with Unimed every day since 7/18 and nothing. Today 07/27 already called about 10 times, I sent letter to the ombudsman and nothing, just send me wait and wait for the authorization .... as well ... wait, I can not wait anymore !! Someone help me please !!!!! ??? We can not talk to a person who can really give us a positive response !!!

Não tô querendo fazer cirurgia não é um exame obstétrico um utrasson e não quer liberar por conta de carência o convênio já é caro e ainda tem que paga exames por fora por conta de carência, isso é uma injustiça total com o cliente já não vou poder ganha meu bebê no particular por conta de 15 dias agora não vou poder fazer exame simples e me ligam pra avisar faltando 1 dia pra mim apresenta no médico nossa engraçado né pagamento de fatura te liga antes de vencer,já te cobrando. Odiei esse convênio 3 meses de carência pra autorizar um exame (procedimento ) simples . Não indico !!!! E todas gestante procura um bom atendimento e eu tive um péssimo total descaso com o cliente !!!

I'm not wanting to have surgery, an ultrasound is not an ultrasound exam and I don't want to release it because of a shortage, the health insurance is already expensive and I still have to pay exams on the outside because of a shortage, this is a total injustice to the client, I won't be able to my baby wins privately on account of 15 days now I will not be able to take a simple exam and they call me to notify me with 1 day left. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Unimed FESP me negou equipamento necessário para minha cirurgia sob o argumento de que não faz parte do rol da ANS. Assim sendo, terei que ingressar na justiça para conseguir o tratamento recomendado pelo médico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior convênio que pode existir, estou tentando confirmação para uma cirurgia de remoção de um cisto há mais de um mês.
Quando precisei da mesma cirurgia no convênio Notre Dame Intermédica, o processo de autorização foi simples e rápido, mas o mesmo processo juntamente com a Unimed está sendo demorado, cansativo e prejudicando ainda mais minha situação.
Não recomendo a ninguém.

Estou há mais de uma hora com a atendente do laboratório, ela tenta autorização dos exames e não consegue a confirmação. Pelo site, fica em análise. Pelo telefone, transferem para vários números e não liberam. Um absurdo, já que o valor do serviço é pago em dia e é caro. Um descaso revoltante desse convênio.
I am trying to do the tests requested by my son's pulmonologist. I've been with the lab attendant for over an hour, she tries to authorize the exams and can't get confirmation.
