★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data de 13/09/2021, após ter agendado previamente atendimento para avaliação de fisioterapia com horário às 15h40, comparecemos ao setor específico para atendimento com 08 minutos de atraso (tempo gasto para obtenção de informações dentro do próprio instituto), e fomos informados que o setor de avaliações para fisioterapia não tolera qualquer tipo de atraso, onde deveria aguardar os atendimentos seguintes para em caso de eventual desistência pudesse ser atendido ou em caso negativo, o profissional talvez pudesse realizar a avaliação após o término do expediente, às 18h.
Ocorre que, aguardamos por mais de 01 hora sem qualquer tipo de atendimento e sem a mínima perspectiva de sermos atendidos, onde caso quiséssemos atendimento deveríamos aguardar por igual período até o término do expediente.
Onde em instante algum foi informado de maneira prévia a ausência de tolerância para atrasos, sendo que na recepção há placa explícita mencionando tolerância de 10 minutos para o setor de fisioterapia, o que seria de no mínimo razoável e de bom senso se aplicar a tolerância para o setor de avaliação, já que estão coligados.
Além disso, o atendente concedeu tal informação da impossibilidade de atendimento somente após ter coletado os dados pessoais da segurada, solicitado autorização ao convênio e até mesmo solicitando assinatura de guia, como se o procedimento já tivesse sido realizado, resultando em benefício para o instituto de um serviço que não foi prestado.
E ainda, o que nos causa mais espanto é a total falta de respeito e razoabilidade no atendimento, mormente por se tratar de um instituto de recuperação, no qual a paciente recém operada e com dificuldades severas de locomoção teve por ficar em espera por mais de 01 hora e aguardar por igual período para talvez ser atendida; sendo um total desrespeito à saúde da segurada, dignidade da pessoa humana e flagrante desrespeito ao estatuto da pessoa com deficiência, onde o que era para ser o início de uma reabilitação, tornou-se uma experiência traumática e agravou-se o quadro clínico da paciente.
On 09/13/2021, after having previously scheduled appointments for physiotherapy assessment at 3:40 pm, we attended the specific sector for care with 08 minutes late (time spent to obtain information within the institute itself), and we were informed that the physiotherapy assessment sector does not tolerate any kind of delay, where they should wait for the next appointments so that, in case of a possible dropout, they could be attended to, or if not, the professional could perhaps carry out the assessment after the end of the shift, at 6 pm.
It turns out that, we waited for more than 01 hour without any kind of service and without the slightest prospect of being assisted, where if we wanted assistance we would have to wait for an equal period until the end of the day.
Where at no time was the absence of tolerance for delays informed in advance, and at the reception there is an explicit sign mentioning a 10-minute tolerance for the physiotherapy sector, which would be at least reasonable and common sense to apply the tolerance for the evaluation sector, as they are related.
In addition, the attendant granted such information of the impossibility of service only after having collected the personal data of the insured, requested authorization to the health insurance and even requested the signature of a guide, as if the procedure had already been carried out, resulting in a benefit for the institute of a service that was not provided.
And yet, what causes us most astonishment is the total lack of respect and reasonableness in the service, especially because it is a recovery institute, in which the patient who had just been operated on and with severe mobility difficulties had to wait for more than 01 hour and wait for an equal period to perhaps be attended to; being a total disregard for the health of the insured, dignity of the human person and flagrant disregard for the statute of the person with a disability, where what was supposed to be the beginning of a rehabilitation became a traumatic experience and worsened the patient's clinical condition. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi a Clinica Dr. Osmar de Oliveira, por que sabia que os profissionais que ali estão são de primeira linha, e o atendimento seria bom, isso eu realmente encontrei ao fazer um tratamento e cirurgia com o Dr. David e Dr. Daniel, cirurgia de coluna é sério, mas graças a Deus e pela competência da equipe em especial Dr. David, estou ainda no pós operatório, mais não sinto mais os sintomas que me deixava incomodado, tratamento clínico e cirúrgico de primeira linha, além da parte administrativa que trata da cirurgia. Parabéns !!!!!!
I chose Clinica Dr. Osmar de Oliveira, because I knew that the professionals who are there are first-rate, and the service would be good, this I really found when having a treatment and surgery with Dr. David and Dr. Daniel, surgery my spine is serious, but thanks to God and to the competence of the team, especially Dr. David, I am still in the postoperative period, but I no longer feel the symptoms that made me uncomfortable, first-line clinical and surgical treatment, in addition to the administrative part that deals with surgery. Congratulations !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, primeira vez que maroo consulta, cheguei 15 minutos de antecedência, deu meu horário e nada, fui perguntar e disseram que estava com 35 minutos de espera. Infelizmente estas clínicas e muitos médicos costumam ter esse péssimo costume de atrasar e achar que estão na razão. Tudo é imprevisto, mas se deixassem de marcar consulta a cada 15 minutos com certeza iria melhorar.
Terrible service, first time I had an appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early, gave my schedule and nothing, I went to ask and they said I was on hold for 35 minutes. Unfortunately, these clinics and many doctors tend to have this bad habit of delaying and thinking they are right. Everything is unforeseen, but if they stopped making an appointment every 15 minutes, it would definitely improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento a crlinica ha algum tempo. Medicos e fisioterapeutas são ótimos. Mas infelizmente o atendimento na recepção da fisioterapia é ruim. Funcionária levanta a voz e é mal educada. Pena pois acaba manchando a imagem da clinica.

O motivo da minha nota foi o atendimento medico. Fui atendido com extrema grosseria, médico respondendo com má vontade e estupidez, dando respostas como se o problema fosse óbvio. Pode até ser óbvio pra ele, mas pra mim como leigo, não é e o mínimo que se espera é educação e cordialidade no atendimento.
Além disso o mesmo atendeu uma ligação durante minha consulta que demorou mais até que a avaliação clínica, ao desligar sequer se reparou pela falta de educação.
Irei seguir com os exames que me passou e passar em outro Consultorio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diferença de outras clínicas que já frequentamos começa pelo atendimento na recepção: atendentes cordiais, educados e rápidos. O atendimento médico também foi excelente. O médico explicou tudo de forma clara. O avaliador, que encaminha para o fisioterapeuta, também olhou com atenção os exames. Os fisios também indicam os exercícios corretos para seu tratamento. Poucos pacientes por profissionais. Os ambientes são limpos, ar condicionado funcionando, espaços bem organizados e iluminados. Os equipamentos são atuais e bem funcionais. Aceita diversos convênios.
Tem convênio com estacionamento.

The difference from other clinics that we have already attended starts with the service at the reception: cordial, polite and fast attendants. Medical care was also excellent.
