★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PICARETAS E IRRESPONSÁVEIS! Não recomendo de forma alguma. Não pagam em dia, não repassam multas por atraso e NÃO PAGAM O VALOR ESTIPULADO NO CONTRATO! Quando minha inquilina deixou de pagar, simplesmente lavaram as mãos e não retornam ligações! Querem ganhar a comissão sem qualquer compromisso com a segurança do proprietário.
 PICTURES AND IRRESPONSIBLE! I don't recommend it at all. They do not pay on time, do not pass on fines for late payments and DO NOT PAY THE AMOUNT STATED in the CONTRACT! When my tenant failed to pay, they simply washed their hands and did not return calls! They want to earn the commission without any commitment to the owner's safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa imobiliária é uma vergonha após a assinatura de contrato de aluguel. Aluguei um apartamento com eles mobiliado em um condomínio no RJ e desde o inicio do contrato tenho encontrado problemas diversos no imóvel, de teto que cai por infiltração, forno do fogão que não funciona e agora a geladeira que parou há 4 semanas. Eles nunca se prontificam a ajudar e sempre responsabilizam uma das partes. Estou tendo prejuízos pela falta da geladeira e não há perspectiva de solução. Se eu não pergunto nada, ficam dias sem passar nenhum status, só funcionam na base da pressão, e mesmo assim não resolvem.
Não recomendaria jamais para alguém os serviços deles, fiquem atentos.
This real estate is a shame after signing a lease. I rented an apartment with them furnished in a condominium in RJ and since the beginning of the contract I have found several problems in the property, of ceiling that falls by infiltration, oven of the stove that does not work and now the refrigerator that stopped 4 weeks ago. They are never willing to help and always blame one of the parties. I am suffering from the lack of the refrigerator and there is no prospect of a solution. If I ask nothing, they remain days without passing any status, only work on the basis of pressure, and still do not solve.
I would never recommend anyone to their services, stay tuned.
