★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora para diagnóstico do note. Quase 1 semana de espera e nada resolvido,fora o desconforto de n ter a ligação pra facilitar a vida do cliente q precisa ficar dando inúmeras viagens frustradas.

Combinado o diagnostico do Pc no dia seguinte, porem após 4 dias de inúmeras ligações em um celular que não chama e um fixo que não funciona, alem do whatsapp não respondido, tive que ir até a loja para ter o orçamento e autorizar o serviço. Retornei para buscar o pc no combinado e não estava pronto, no outro dia mais uma viagem para buscar o pc. Após 10 dias apresentou o mesmo problema. Deixei na loja novamente pela manha e o combinado era buscar fim de tarde, mas só retornei no dia seguinte e adivinha? Resumindo, paguei por um serviço que não resolveu meu problema, 6 viagens de carro, raiva acumulada e tempo perdido! Agora buscar um loja descente.
