Sempre disponível e zeloso. Ela também toma banho e tosa na clínica, a equipe sempre teve muito cuidado com ela. Indico fortemente a clínica. Atendimento top e familiar.
I have no words to thank Dr Roberto for caring for our dog. He has taken care of her for over 7 years and has always been super attentive and very competent. Always available and zealous. She also takes a shower and grooming at the clinic, the team has always been very careful with her. I strongly recommend the clinic. Top and family service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre indico!!!! Clinica excelente!! Dr Roberto é sempre muito atencioso, muito bom profissional, trata as minhas filhas peludas com muito carinho!! Já tinha passado em vários profissionais pra tratar um problema dermatológico na minha cachorrinha, tinha feito até biópsia de pele... só consegui resolver após a ajuda do Dr Roberto! Demais profissionais da clinica também são excelentes! E o Alan é ótimo pra tosa, também super carinhoso elas ficam sempre lindas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para realizacao de uma cirurgia em meu Cachorro, recebi um ornamento, que posteriormente foi alterado. Me neguei a pagar outro valor. A cirurgia foi realizada. Quando retornei hoje para uma consulta e veterinario / propietario negou o atendimento, dizendo " se sentir desconfortavel com a situacao anterior ". Achei sua postura horrivel e anti profissional, que será cuestionada junto ao Conselho Regional de Veterinaria.

When I returned today for a consultation and the vet / owner denied the service, saying "feel uncomfortable with the previous situation". Avó, filha e neta sempre bem cuidadas por ele. Dedicado, atencioso, experiente, competente, transparente, objetivo e sempre sorrindo. Na dermatologia não há nada que ele não conheça; na medicina veterinária é um mestre. Está provado: não é preciso ter clinica na Av. Américas, titulos forrando as paredes, fotos e elogios de celebridades para ser um profissional de sucesso. Basta ter ética, conhecimento, amor e respeito pelos animais. Parabéns!

Grandmother, daughter and granddaughter always well looked after by him. Dedicated, attentive, experienced, competent, transparent, objective and always smiling. There is nothing in dermatology that he does not know; in veterinary medicine he is a master. It is proven: it is not necessary to have a clinic at Av. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da tosa, pedi para tirar menos da metade do pelo. Retiraram muito mais do que pedi. Além do mais, o corte foi muito mal feito, totalmente desigual. Se fosse só isso eu deixaria passar, mas a região do testículo do meu pet ficou machucadinha. Não recomendo.
I didn't like the grooming, I asked to remove less than half of the hair. They took much more than I asked for. What's more, the cut was very poorly done, totally uneven. If it was just that I would let it go, but my pet's testicle region was bruised. I do not recommend.
