★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com essa assistência técnica. Entrei em contato no sábado, me passaram orçamento e chegaram a marcar de vir retirar na segunda feira para realizar o serviço. Foram 2 dias em comunicação com o técnico e, do nada, simplesmente, sumiram. Estranhei e entrei em contato para entender se seria necessário remarcar o serviço e uma moça me atendeu como se fosse o primeiro contato. Disse que era assistente do técnico e depois de um tempo, me mandou um áudio falando que não atendiam o modelo do meu celular.
Não atender o modelo do meu celular, ok. Mas levar 2 dias para me informar isso e só depois de eu perguntar o q estava havendo, foi de um desrespeito absurdo. Perdi um tempo importante, sendo que tinha uma certa urgência do serviço.
Achei essa assistência procurando no Google. Não conhecia. Escolhi pela proximidade, avaliações e fotos. Mas infelizmente se mostraram descomprometidos com o cliente.
Não recomendo.
I had a bad experience with this technical assistance. I got in touch on Saturday, they gave me a quote and even made an appointment to come pick up on Monday to perform the service. There were 2 days in communication with the technician and, out of nowhere, they simply disappeared. I was surprised and got in touch to understand if it would be necessary to reschedule the service and a girl answered me as if it were the first contact. He said he was an assistant to the technician and after a while, he sent me an audio saying that they didn't answer the model of my cell phone.
Not answering my cell phone model, ok. But it took 2 days to inform me of this and only after I asked what was going on, it was absurdly disrespectful. I lost an important time, as I had a certain urgency in the service.
I found this assistance by googled. Did not know. I chose it by proximity, ratings and photos. But unfortunately they showed no commitment to the customer.
I do not recommend.
