Cheguei na upa as 8 hs da manha fui atendida as 16 horas do dia 28/07 por uma medica plantonista grossa que nem me examinou .
Mandou me internar numa cadeira branca plástica.
Fica aqui registado minha insatisfação e principalmente a medica plantonista do dia 28/07/2021
Inhumane service
I arrived at the upa at 8 am I was seen at 4 pm on 07/28 by a doctor on duty who didn't even examine me.
He ordered me to be interned in a white plastic chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe um quadro que fica atrás da recepcionista com especificações dos plantões clínicos, pediátrico e oftalmo, porém o atendimento clínico nunca existe! Já fui diversas vezes em diversos horários é nunca tem clínico para adulto.
There is a table behind the receptionist with specifications for clinical, pediatric and ophthalmic shifts, but clinical care never exists! I've been several times at different times and there's never a clinic for adults.

Quero registrar o atendimento da UPA DO CABULA NO ROBERTO SANTOS, Excelente atendimento de recepção, vigilância, portaria, médicos, enfermeiros, maqueiro, sala de medicamentos. Fui muito bem atendida no dia 28/03 e ainda um Tia que deu entrada na Ala Vermelha, ainda hoje tb estamos por aqui e a equipe do dia 29/03 muito boa também. Parabéns às equipes e a UPA do cabula. Gente que faz a diferença!

I want to register the service of UPA DO CABULA IN ROBERTO SANTOS, Excellent reception service, surveillance, concierge, doctors, nurses, stretcher-bearer, medication room. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não fomos bem atendidos no que diz respeito a pediatra. Minha filha muito tempo tossindo e com dores no ouvido, a médica se que tocou nela ou escutou o peito com estetoscópio. Não passou nenhum medicamento e disse que não precisava, e não era pra dar nenhum. Ainda por cima disse que minha esposa estava muito ansiosa.
