Geralmente está muito cheia, mas já houve ocasiões em que, da triagem ao atendimento médico, demorou apenas 20min - muito mais rápido que qualquer hospital particular da cidade. Atendimento ok na triagem. Alguns pediatras parecem pensar que estão lidando com animais. Mas os médicos e enfermeiros/técnicos com os quais me atendi foram bastante atenciosos e cordiais. Não tem farmácia.
 Varies a lot. It is usually very crowded, but there have been times when it took just 20 minutes from triage to medical care - much faster than any private hospital in the city. Service ok in triage. Some pediatricians seem to think they are dealing with animals. But the doctors and nurses/technicians I attended were very attentive and cordial. There's no pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei na fila mais de duas horas esperando para fazer o teste da COVID e não consegui isso é uma falta de respeito com às pessoas e ainda ter que suportar arrogância de funcionários.
I was in line for more than two hours waiting to be tested for COVID and I didn't get it, it's a lack of respect for people and still having to put up with arrogance from employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no posto dia 22.12.21 a tarde e não demorei mais de 10 minutos para ser atendida pela médica e enfermaria. Este posto está de parabéns no meu conceito.
I arrived at the clinic on 12.22.21 in the afternoon and it didn't take me more than 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor and infirmary. This post is to be congratulated on my concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui muito bem atendida na upa de comendador Soares tanto na recepção e tbm pelo médico ortopedista a que fez a minha radiografia do dedo e da imobiluzação tbm obrigado por tudo parabéns.!!!
I was very well attended at the uppa of agendor soar so much at the reception and tbm by the orthopedist doctor that made my x-ray of the finger and immobiluzation tbm thanks for everything congratulations. !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos nessa unidade, pediram para minha mulher entrar , quando chegou na vez dela disseram que não tinha atendimento, e falaram para ela ir para a upa de Cabuçu, até bem antes do jogo começar estavam atendendo, não é possível que pararam de atender justamente no horário do jogo .. que falta de consideração
We arrived at this unit, asked my wife to come in, when it was her turn they said there was no service, and told her to go to the Cabaçu upa, until well before the game started they were answering, it is not possible that they stopped answering just at game time .. what a lack of consideration

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 esse atrás eu daria 4 ? porém hoje 30/12/22 fui na UPA com uma dor renal muito forte ao ponto de mal conseguir andar .
Logo no cadastra a enfermeira estava preocupada com oque a colega de trabalho dela que passou e foi ignorante com a mesma,e depois fiquei com dor inimaginável e não tinha enfermeiro(a) na triagem e todos os outros batendo papo.
Tá orrivel !
6 this one I would give 4 ? but today 12/30/22 I went to the UPA with a very strong kidney pain to the point of barely being able to walk.
Right at the register, the nurse was worried about what her co-worker went through and was ignorant of her, and then I was in unimaginable pain and there was no nurse in the triage and everyone else chatting.
It's horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje na UPA de Comendador soares,fui com minha filha lá, nunca vi uma emergência de 24h ficar 2h parada p ter troca de plantão, cheguei lá 06:30 e fui a terceira da fila, perguntei a primeira da fila chegou as 06:00h.
Eles começaram o atendimento às 07:54.
Não te dá o dia e a hora, eles dão desde quando começa o atendimento deles, o médico q atendeu a minha filha nem olha a cara do paciente, o meu sintoma não tinha nada a ver com os dela e a medicação foi a mesma. E o naldecon agora é o medicamento do momento, pq não importa oq vc esteja sentindo, eles só passam esse remédio.
I went today to the UPA in Comendador Soares, I went with my daughter there, I never saw a 24-hour emergency, I was stopped for 2 hours to have a shift change, I got there at 6:30 am and I was the third in line, I asked the first in line arrived at 06:00: 00h
They started the service at 07:54.
They don't give you the day and time, they do it from when their care starts, the doctor who saw my daughter doesn't even look at the patient's face, my symptom had nothing to do with hers and the medication was the same. And naldecon is now the medicine of the moment, because no matter what you're feeling, they just give you this medicine.
