★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei a minha consulta e preventivo com a Ginecologista e na ligação a incompetente da recepcionista não me informou que eu o preventivo só poderia ser feito a partir de 5 dias após o final da menstruação. Fui a Consulta sem saber de nada. A doutora me informou que eu poderia retornar outro dia só para realizar o preventivo.
Quando retornei avisei que não era consulta, era só para fazer o exame, assim foi feito. A partir disso marquei a revisão, a qual me informaram que não era cobrada. No dia da revisão, a mesma funcionária incompetente queria que eu pagasse mais uma consulta. Alegou que o dia do exame contou como revisão. Sendo que o erro de não conseguido realizar o exame da primeira vez foi pela falta de informação da mesma.
Estou muito decepcionada, não retornarei mais nessa clínica. Pelo transtorno que me fizeram passar, não recomendo
I scheduled my appointment and preventive with the Gynecologist and in the call the incompetent receptionist did not inform me that the preventive could only be done from 5 days after the end of menstruation. I went to the Consultation without knowing anything. The doctor informed me that I could come back another day just to perform the preventive.
When I returned, I warned that it was not a consultation, it was just to take the exam, so it was done. From that I scheduled the review, which I was informed that it was not charged. On the day of the review, the same incompetent employee wanted me to pay for one more appointment. He claimed that the day of the exam counted as a review. The error of not being able to perform the exam the first time was due to the lack of information about it.
I am very disappointed, I will not return to this clinic again. For the inconvenience they put me through, I don't recommend it.
