★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, médica muito mal educada estudou tanto pra chegar e tratar as pessoas como um animal. Praticamente me chamou de burra pelo simples motivo que um outro médico tinha errado uma informação passada e ela alegou que eu tinha que ter um pouco de inteligência para achar o erro que o médico tinha feito. Não deixou eu explicar o que aconteceu, me cortou várias vezes. Queria ver se fosse filho de rico ela trataria dessa forma!
 Horrible experience, very poorly educated doctor studied so hard to come and treat people like an animal. She practically called me stupid for the simple reason that another doctor had misunderstood past information and she claimed that I had to have a little intelligence to find the mistake the doctor had made. He didn't let me explain what happened, he cut me several times. I wanted to see if he was the son of a rich man she would treat her that way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consegui atendimento. A triagem inicial é organizada, mas quando passa pra segunda sala tinham pessoas esperando há 4 horas atendimento . E passando mal é terrível ter que ficar esperando naquele ar muito gelado. Fomos embora por não aguentar esperar por estar passando mal e precisarmos deitar.
I didn't get service. The initial triage is organized, but when it goes to the second room, there were people waiting for 4 hours for assistance. And being sick is terrible to have to wait in that very cold air. We left because we couldn't wait because we were feeling sick and we needed to lie down.

My husband Alex Fontaneto Lemos suffered a heart attack and was very well attended by the teams on duty.
