Estive na upa de Caucaia com um gatinho resgatado o atendimento na recepção é receptivo agora os veterinários já não posso falar o mesmo, ao entrar deparei com o veterinário sentado com as pernas na mesa e assim ficou olhou o animal da mesa mesmo ? enfim poderia ser mais sensível.
So... I was at the upa in Caucaia with a rescued kitten the reception service is receptive now the vets can't say the same, when I entered I came across the vet sitting with his legs on the table and so he looked at the animal on the table anyway ? finally could be more sensitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente da equipe! O local é bem arejado e limpo, o atendimento foi rápido e os médicos passaram segurança no tratamento da minha cadela. Não tenho do que reclamar, pois mesmo tendo que fazer os exames de sangue em outros locais particulares, já economizei bastante numa consulta completa com teste pra calazar e receita dos medicamentos.
Excellent service from the staff! The place is well ventilated and clean, the service was fast and the doctors were confident in the treatment of my dog. I have nothing to complain about, because even though I have to do the blood tests in other private places, I already saved a lot in a complete consultation with a kala azar test and medication prescription.

No entanto, havia bastante carrapatos andando pelo chão, tendo em vista que o local recebe vários animais ao longo do dia. Esse seria o único ponto negativo que vi.
Very pleasant place, with fast service and qualified and welcoming professionals. I really enjoyed my first experience. However, there were a lot of ticks walking around on the floor, given that the place receives several animals throughout the day. That would be the only downside I've seen.
