★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compre nessa empresa, utilizam entrega da sequoia transportadora. Essa transportadora não entrega no prazo, mente no site falando que tentou entragar e não foi atendida, e uma empresa que trabalha com essa transportadora não tem respeito nenhum ao cliente.
No momento de raiva com os problemas que tive comatransportadora sequoia vim aqui e fiz o comentário, porém o suporte da loja me atendeu super bem pelo whatsapp e se propos a ajudar da melhor forma possível. Aguardando minha encomenda agora. Obrigado ao suporte prestado.
 Do not buy in that company, use delivery of the sequoia carrier. This carrier does not deliver on time, lying on the website saying that it tried to deliver and was not served, and a company that works with this carrier has no respect for the customer.

A loja deu um primeiro retorno dizendo que foi excesso de uso e que por ter passado 30 dias nada podiam fazer ! O skate está sendo usado por uma criança que está aprendendo e sem manobras ou peso no skate !!! Não sabia que o produto da Urgh! era descartável !!!
Enviei outros e-mail pedindo contato do fabricante e uma atenção a avaliação que foi feita em loja mas não deram mais retorno !!!
Atendimento péssimo, pouco caso com o consumidor !
I bought it online and the Urgh skateboard! gave shape defect after less than 30 days of use. The store gave a first return saying that it was overused and that because it had passed 30 days they could do nothing! The skateboard is being used by a child who is learning and without maneuvers or weight on the skateboard!!! Didn't know the Urgh product! it was disposable!!!
I sent other e-mails asking for the manufacturer's contact and attention to the evaluation that was done in the store but they didn't give any more feedback!!!
Terrible service, little concern with the consumer!
