★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É desrespeitoso ter que esperar 1h30 para ser atendido. Marquei a consulta para as 17h30 de 14/08/20 e apenas às 19hs fui chamado. Mas desisti da consulta antes dela acontecer pois não iria começar um tratamento com um profissional que trata dessa forma seus pacientes. Lamentável a postura.
It is disrespectful to have to wait 1h30 to be attended. I made an appointment for 5:30 pm on 8/14/20 and only at 7 pm I was called. But I gave up the consultation before it happened because I would not start a treatment with a professional who treats his patients in this way. The posture is unfortunate.

Muito atencioso e calmo, me passou segurança, explicando minuciosamente a questão dos meus rins, extremamente competente, me passou exames investigativos. Indico esse médico a quem precisar de urologista. Apesar de só ter ido a um urologista na vida, me arrisco a dizer que ele é o melhor da cidade!! Nota 100. Por mais médicos assim!!
Simply delighted with Dr. Érico's consultation, certainly one of the best if not the best medical appointment I've ever had !! Very attentive and calm, he gave me security, explaining in detail the issue of my kidneys, extremely competent, he passed me investigative exams. I recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a urologist. Although I only went to a urologist in my life, I venture to say that he is the best in town !! Note 100. For more doctors like that !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico é excelente , mas a espera ao meu ver não compensa (demorada). Segunda vez que venho e sempre demorado, mas dessa vez esperar 4h e não ser atendido foi o cúmulo.
The doctor is excellent, but the wait in my view is not worth it (time consuming). Second time I come and it always takes time, but this time waiting 4h and not being attended to was the culmination.
