★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus são confortáveis, motoristas educados e super solícito. Infelizmente na última viagem Rio~Santos tive a infelicidade de ver baratas no carro. E pra quem paga 155 em um carro, espera no mínimo boa higiene.
O guichê com alguns atendentes principalmente em Santos deixa muito a desejar com a falta de empatia dos mesmos.
 Buses are comfortable, drivers are polite and super helpful. Unfortunately on the last trip Rio ~ Santos I had the misfortune to see cockroaches in the car. And for those who pay in a car, expect at least good hygiene.
The booth with some attendants mainly in Santos leaves much to be desired with the lack of empathy of the same ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As passagens são um pouco caras, os ônibus executivo não tem se quer água, manta ou aquela capa para o encosto do assento. Os ônibus atrasam na saída com certa frequência, os banheiros nem sempre estão limpos. Utilizo há muitos anos, e ao longo do tempo o que melhorou foram apenas os ônibus, que alguns são mais modernos e confortáveis, agora o nível de serviço pelo contrário, caiu.
The tickets are a little expensive, the executive buses do not have if you want water, blanket or that cover for the back of the seat. The buses delay at the exit with some frequency, the bathrooms are not always clean. I have been using it for many years, and over time what has improved were just the buses, which some are more modern and comfortable, now the service level on the contrary has dropped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone 0800 tem espera demais ninguém atende empresa que não respeita seus clientes o ônibus não parou para eu embarcar..o que me deu um prejuízo enorme.
0800 phone is too long no one answers a company that doesn't respect their customers the bus didn't stop for me to board... which caused me a huge loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da Rodoviária de Santos é bom, gosto bastante dos atendentes, nunca tive problemas com motoristas, Porém a empresa rouba seus clientes. Fiz uma compra de uma passagem no dia 26/01 para o dia 27/01 Resende x Santos e até hoje nao recebir o bilhete da passagem e muito menos o ressarcimento do pagamento feito em meu cartão de credito. Ja liguei na ouvidoria, enviei e-mail, central de atendimento e nada é resolvido,
Um total descaso com o cliente
The service at Rodoviária de Santos is good, I like the attendants a lot, I never had any problems with drivers, However the company steals its customers. I made a purchase of a ticket on January 26th to January 27th Resende x Santos and until today I haven't received the ticket of the ticket, much less the reimbursement of the payment made on my credit card. I already called the ombudsman, sent an email, call center and nothing is resolved,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O app deles tá cheio de propaganda enganosa. Em TODOS os telefones da útil que liguei, fiquei um tempão esperando para ser atendido. A atendente do televendas, além de me atender com desdém. Me vendeu uma passagem diferente da que eu pedi pra ela e pra completar, como se não bastasse todo transtorno que estão me fazendo passar, ainda querem que eu pague R$20,00 de diferença para fazer a troca da passagem que a atendente me vendeu errado. Contratar os serviços da útil está sendo a maior decepção da minha vida. Se eu pudesse dava zero estrelas nessa avaliação.
Their app is full of false advertising. In ALL the useful telephones that I called, I was waiting a long time to be answered. The telesales attendant, in addition to serving me with disdain. She sold me a different ticket from the one I asked her and to top it off, as if all the trouble they're putting me through wasn't enough, they still want me to pay R$20.00 difference to exchange the ticket that the attendant sold me wrong . Hiring the services of util is being the biggest disappointment of my life. If I could I would give zero stars in that rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só nao dou 5 estrelas pq a viagem de Conselheiro Lafaiete-MG para Santos-SP faz 15/16 hrs, pára em muita cidadezinha... E o ônibus não tem Wi fi.
I just don't give 5 stars because the trip from Conselheiro Lafaiete-MG to Santos-SP takes 15/16 hrs, stops in a lot of small towns... And the bus doesn't have Wi-Fi.
