★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui atleta. Mas as coordenadoras do grupo recebem quem chega tão bem, acolhem, orientam , ensinam, respeitando as questões de cada um, sem descuidarem da técnica e da segurança. Ensinam com leveza e seriedade. Risadas e força. Vale a pena experimentar nem que seja por um dia, só pra conhecer. Difícil vai ser não voltar.
I was never an athlete. But the coordinators of the group receive those who arrive so well, welcome, guide, teach, respecting the issues of each one, without neglecting the technique and safety. They teach with lightness and seriousness. Laughter and strength. It is worth trying even for a day, just to know. It will be difficult not to return.

Vagalume is rated 10. The coordinators are wonderful, I started without any experience and I never thought I would be able to row. They welcomed me, guided me always respecting my limits. I always felt very safe with them. Not to mention the good mood! I highly recommend it!
