★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pelo vendedor de nome Salatiel, no qual no início da conversa, já me deixou totalmente constrangida ao querer saber qual valor eu teria condições de pagar sem ao menos pegar detalhes do que eu estava interessada em fechar. Me informou que passaria o valor do projeto no final da tarde e por fim acabou não dando resposta. Somente após minha nova solicitação por mensagem.
Empresa que não sabe atender o público e julga sem conhecer. Jamais indicarei pela falta de ética e profissionalismo do vendedor.
Pois fechei projeto com outra empresa que teve uma postura totalmente diferente. Podem ter bastante anos no mercado mas precisam muito melhorar o tipo de atendimento sem julgamentos desnecessários

Sem falhas, profissionais altamente qualificados, em especial o vendedor Lucas que dedicou muita atenção, simpatia e criatividade no meu projeto, o gerente Jonatas que conheço já há vários anos sempre busca pelo melhor negócio e condições para fechar a negociação. Sou cliente da Valcenter a 15 anos, já comprei móveis para 2 casas e só tenho elogios quanto a qualidade. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é a forma de pagamento, são limitados quanto isso, se não houvesse essa particularidade diria que seria excelente.
