 My experience calling the store was terrible, it doesn’t tell you anything, send you a photo and model of the product or reply, I would like to know what you have a post zap for, you don’t answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dono da loja é um péssimo empresário, é a pior loja de BH minha máquina de cortar grama tinha queimado esse ano levei lá e detonaram com a máquina porque não sabem consertar queimou mais 2 vezes e tive que pagar de novo mesmo na garantia e inventam um monte de coisas do que podia ter acontecido, hoje queimou de novo pela primeira vez que ia usar novamente como nas outras vezes, liguei lá e falaram que ia passar pro dono que desligou na minha cara porque não é honesto com o cliente pra assumir e negociar qualquer coisa justa, e se tento ligar pra lá não atendem mais, por favor não entrem nessa loja qualquer uma que tiver aqui em BH vai ser melhor que essa.
The store owner is a terrible businessman, it is the worst store in BH my lawnmower had burnt this year I took it there and they detonated it with the machine because they don’t know how to fix it burned 2 more times and I had to pay again even under warranty and invent a lot of things that could have happened, today it burned again for the first time that I was going to use again as in other times, I called there and they said it was going to pass to the owner who hung up on me because he is not honest with the client to assume and negotiate anything fair, and if I try to call there, they don’t answer any more, please don’t go into this store, anyone who has one here in BH will be better than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvida o pior luga,levei minha parafusadeira pra conserta deste janeiro ficou na loja 4 mês e até agora ele não resolveu o poblema,péssimo luga não recomendo a ninguém.....
Undoubtedly the worst place, I took my screwdriver to fix this January, it was in the store for 4 months and so far it has not solved the problem, terrible place I do not recommend to anyone .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento via wahtsapp péssimo! Entro em contato pelo fixo, e pedem para mandar msg pelo whatsapp. Agora pra que? Se não respondem. Estou aguardando cotação de peças há 03 dias. Simplesmente não respondem. Horrível!
Service via whatsapp terrible! I contact the landline, and they ask me to send a message through whatsapp. Now for what? If they don't respond. I've been waiting for parts quote for 03 days. They just don't respond. Horrible!

NÃO DOU NOTA 0 PORQUE O GOOGLE NÃO PERMITE...
A uns 3 meses levei minha máquina para assistência, mesmo a máquina na garantia me cobrou quase 500 reais de manutenção... Dão garantia de 03 meses do serviço, com menos de 03 meses minha máquina retornou com os mesmos problemas, no qual me falaram que a garantia da peça era só 30 dias (contraditório não? pois se a garantia deles são 03 meses) ...
Demoraram 1 mês pra entregar a máquina ou mais, chegou assim que testei o mesmo problema estava lá, peguei a máquina numa quarta, no sábado quando fui usar ela simplesmente parou... A máquina vai com um problema e volta com 03/04/05 diferentes, na segunda voltei com a máquina me falaram que na terça daria uma posição, pedi urgência pois tenho um lava jato e necessito da máquina, liguei na terça pediram até quinta, (isso pro técnico AVALIAR), na quinta pediram até sábado, (obs: sábado nem telefone atendem)... NA segunda liguei me deram um posicionamento esfarrapado de travar o gatilho (sim demoraram 1 semana pra passar uma fita isolante no gatilho) nesse caso não usaria o start stop que as máquinas da kasher vem, aceitei até ai tudo bem... Hoje terça feira fui testar ela e pra minha surpresa 03 (ISSO MESMO TRÊS PROBLEMAS QUE ELA NEM TAVA APARECEU), agora a máquina ta perdendo a pressão total, fica dando tranco e jorrando água...
Estão fazendo o que afinal?

Se puder fujam desses incompetentes, agora ou lido com eles até resolver meu problema ou pago caríssimo em outra assistência né?

I DON'T GIVE A 0 BECAUSE GOOGLE DOESN'T ALLOW...
About 3 months ago I took my machine for assistance, even the machine under warranty charged me almost 500 reais for maintenance... They give me 03 months of service warranty, with less than 03 months my machine returned with the same problems, in which they told me that the part warranty was only 30 days (no contradiction? because if their warranty is 03 months)...
It took 1 month to deliver the machine or more, it arrived as soon as I tested the same problem it was there, I got the machine on a Wednesday, on Saturday when I went to use it it just stopped... The machine goes with a problem and comes back with 04/03/ 05 different ones, on Monday I came back with the machine they told me that on Tuesday I would give a position, I asked for urgency because I have a car wash and I need the machine, I called on Tuesday they asked until Thursday, (this for the EVALUATE technician), on Thursday they asked until Saturday, (Note: Saturday they don't even answer the phone)... On Monday I called they gave me a tattered positioning to lock the trigger (yes it took 1 week to put insulating tape on the trigger) in that case I wouldn't use the start stop that kosher machines come with, I accepted so far, so good... Today Tuesday I went to test it and to my surprise 03 (THAT THREE PROBLEMS THAT IT WAS NOT EVEN SHOWING), now the machine is losing full pressure, it keeps jerking and spouting water...
What are they doing anyway?
Question on whatsapp asks if they answer???
If you can, run away from these incompetents, now I either deal with them until I solve my problem or I pay dearly for another assistance, right?
