Enfim contratei, mas jamais contrataria novamente.
The boys work well, but the store does not meet deadlines or schedules, disorganized, the service that should be professional and guiding the best result is not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro dia foi super solícito em ir até minha casa pra fazer o orçamento, depois disso não quis passar o orçamento, disse que teríamos que ir até a loja outro dia, meu esposo foi até a loja 5 dias depois e o Valmar não estava, a moça que o atendeu o tratou com má vontade e indiferença. Mais tarde no mesmo dia liguei pra ver se ele passava o orçamento, não quis passar de jeito nenhum por telefone, insisti e ele disse que ia pegar a agenda no carro e desligaram o telefone. Em seguida comecei a ligar e tiraram o telefone do gancho, depois atenderam e disseram que ele saiu, liguei no celular e desligaram sem atender, depois a moça atendeu e passou pra ele(ps, ela antes havia dito que ele não estava). Ele atendeu, enrolou, enrolou e não me passou o orçamento. Falei que fiquei muito chateada com a postura e atendimento deles, que isso não era forma de se tratar um cliente. Ele disse que não tinha mais interesse em fazer serviço pra mim. Tudo isso porque pedi que passasse o valor do serviço por telefone. Extremamente indignada e chateada com o péssimo atendimento. Não esperava isso de alguém que diz estar a tanto tempo nesse ramo e que principalmente leva seu nome na loja. Valmar gesso, próximo ao cemitério de Diadema, shopping praca da Moça. Não fechem com eles, com certeza uma hora serão tratados como eu fui.

Then I started to call and they took the phone off the hook, then they answered and said that he left, I called on the cell phone and hung up without answering, then the girl answered and passed it to him (ps, she had said before that he was not). He answered, rolled, rolled and didn't give me the budget. I said that I was very upset with their posture and service, that this was not a way to treat a customer. He said he was no longer interested in doing work for me. All this because I asked you to pass on the service fee over the phone. Extremely outraged and upset by the terrible service. I did not expect this from someone who says he has been in this business for so long and who mainly bears his name in the store. Valmar plaster, close to the Diadema cemetery, Praca da Moça shopping mall. Do not close with them, for sure they will be treated like I was one hour.
