★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja em São bernado do campo. Uma grande variedade de móveis, Guarda roupas , mesas, racks, tapetes. Enfeites para casa também. Boas vendedoras com qual tive algumas conversas. Em questão de entrega não tenho nada reclamar pois retirei uma mesa com eles la na loja de estoque localizada um pouco mais pra frente da matriz. Localidade Boa. Então resumindo acho Boa a loja. Recomendo ao menos a vista para orçar preços.
Great store in São bernado do campo. A wide variety of furniture, wardrobes, tables, racks, rugs. Home decorations too. Good salespeople with whom I had some conversations. In terms of delivery, I have nothing to complain about because I removed a table from them in the stock shop located a little further from the headquarters. Good locality. So in summary I think the store is good. At least I recommend the view to budget prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento inicial no momento da venda foi bom. O meu problema maior foi a entrega. Inicialmente a entrega informada foi de 35 dias corridos. Passou os dias e nem me ligaram para dar uma satisfação. Com 40 dias, liguei ainda estava atrasado. Depois liguei novamente fui informada que seria em 35 dias úteis, e veja só se fosse útil também já estava vencido. Uma falta de atenção com o cliente que até a moça que é responsável pelas entregas gritou comigo no telefone. Já se passaram 2 meses e nada do produto chegar. Não me ligaram em nenhum momento para dar satisfação. O jeito agora é cancelar e solicitar a devolução do que já paguei. Moral de tudo isso. Não indico a loja para ninguém.

As cadeiras foram entregues antes do prazo e tudo conforme combinado.
