★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não é preparada para atender clientes, sem motivo nenhum simplesmente bloqueia os clientes no whatsapp, só pelo fato de você perguntar que horas que será feita a coleta... nada mais...Péssimo.. pagar pra ter esse serviço, melhor ir pra outra com ctz.
The company is not prepared to serve customers, for no reason, it simply blocks customers on whatsapp, just because you ask what time the collection will be made ... nothing more ... Terrible .. pay to have this service, better to go to another with ctz.

Recebi como resposta um boleto de $3700, como multa. Contestei o valor, que é superior ao estabelecido no contrato. Eles nem responderam.
I own a restaurant and have been a vanlix customer for 9 years. In the pandemic, I was forced to close the quarantined doors. I notified the company and asked for the contract to be canceled. In response, I received a $ 3700 ticket as a fine. I disputed the amount, which is higher than that established in the contract. They didn't even respond.
