★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente concessionária! Profissionais apaixonados por motos. Sempre sou muito bem atendido. A oficina é limpa e deixam entrar e ver como é mexer nas motos; a loja é bem equipada, conseguem parcelar as compras. Legal também só para passar e tomar um café, uma água, conversar um pouco sobre as motos. Ambiente calmo, tranquilo, onde você não se sente pressionado a nada. Adorei as Motos, levei a minha. Nunca mais volto para as motos americanas ou japonesas. Agora só as britânicas.
 Excellent dealership! Professionals passionate about motorcycles. I am always very well attended. The workshop is clean and they let you in and see what it's like to handle the bikes; the store is well equipped, they manage to split purchases. Also cool just to stop by and have coffee, water, talk a little about the bikes. Quiet, peaceful environment, where you don't feel pressured to anything. I loved the bikes, I took mine. I never go back to American or Japanese motorcycles. Now only the British.

Salesperson answered me with a rancid face, he didn't make a point of answering me properly and showing me the bike. He must have thought I couldn't afford a motorcycle. Please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pós venda deixa a desejar muito quanto a questão de reposição de peças, estou esperando troca de peça pela garantia , motor da moto faz barulho desagradável, suspensão da moto parece ter folga aguardando diagnostico. Mas a moto em si é fantastica.
The after-sales service leaves a lot to be desired in terms of parts replacement, I'm waiting for a replacement part under warranty, the bike's engine makes an unpleasant noise, the bike's suspension seems to have slack awaiting diagnosis. But the bike itself is fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pode ser simpático mas tecnicamente é fraquíssimo. Levei minha moto para revisão de 1 ano, ainda em garantia com 3 sinalizações: seta de led queimada por infiltração de água, alerta TSA no painel, sinalizando o mal funcionamento do shift assist e barulho na parte dianteira ao passar em pavimentação irregular. Depois de uma semana me entregam a moto com os mesmos problemas. Mesmo cobrando mais de 900,00 reais. Alegaram o barulho ser normal da moto e falta da seta e sensor TSA para reposição. Sem previsão de chegarem as pecas
The service can be friendly but technically it is very weak. I took my bike for a 1-year review, still under warranty with 3 signs: LED arrow burned by water infiltration, TSA alert on the dashboard, signaling the shift assist malfunction and noise in the front when passing on uneven pavement. After a week they deliver the bike to me with the same problems. Even charging more than 900.00 reais. They claimed the noise to be normal for the bike and lack of the arrow and TSA sensor for replacement. No forecast for the pieces to arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionária caiu demais a qualidade. Morando no interior viajei 160km ida e 160 volta para fazer a primeira revisão e nada foi mexido, apenas lavada. A caixa de direção continua com folga e duvido ter alterado qualquer coisa no mapa pq continua fazendo 17km/l na estrada, uma GT 900 e pagando quase R$1000 que deveria ser gratuita na mão de obra, mas não é. Pós venda me desestimula ficar com a moto e continuar na marca.
Dealer has dropped the quality too much. Living in the countryside, I traveled 160km there and 160 back to do the first service and nothing was changed, just washed. The steering box is still slack and I doubt I've changed anything on the map because it's still doing 17km/l on the road, a GT 900 and paying almost R$1000 that should be free in labor, but it's not. After sales discourages me to keep the bike and continue with the brand.
