E a pessoa que nós atendeu devia estar nos seus piores dias. Não respondeu nenhuma de nossas perguntas com informações relevantes e precisas, nem nos chamou para sentar e conversamos mais para entender melhor nossas necessidades, foi horrível. Achei uma vergonha de atendimento, até porque eu entendo que uma agência de turismo só tem como diferencial este trabalho de consultoria ao cliente. Pois hoje na internet achamos muito mais ofertas e com melhores preços do que com eles, e eles ainda perdem uma oportunidade desta. Lamentável.
My family and I went into the store looking for packages or setting up an international family trip and information, tips. And the person who attended us must have been in his worst days. He didn't answer any of our questions with relevant and accurate information, nor did he ask us to sit down and talk more to better understand our needs, it was horrible. I thought it was a shame of service, because I understand that a travel agency only has this customer consultancy job as a differential. Because today on the internet we find many more offers and better prices than with them, and they still miss an opportunity like this. Unfortunate.
