★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Domingo,12.05.2019, Mais ou menos as 22 horas a conexão parou.
Logo deixei uma mensagem no Whatsapp pra quando iniciar o dia, ao menos ser atendido.
As 8:38 do dia 13.05.2019, a mensagem foi respondida e informado que foi aberto o chamado.
Já são 13:25 e nada de conexão.
Mas deve ter sido o mesmo caminhão de sempre que passa e só mora nos fios da Vesc net que vem pra minja casa.
Fora que quando chove, os cabos são feito de açúcar e ficamos sem conexão.
Tem como dar 0 estrela???
Falo isso pq pago em dia e gostaria de ter o serviço de qualidade.
Dia 11.06.2020.
Sem conexão até agora as 14:55 e nem satisfação da hora que o serviço voltará. Antes era queda por causa de caminhões que só miravam no "meu" fio e agora um incêndio não sei onde que não foi reparado ainda o equipamento queimado.
Estão desde ontem arrumando?
On Sunday, 05.12.2019, At about 10 pm the connection stopped.
Soon I left a message on Whatsapp for when to start the day, at least be attended.
At 8:38 on May 13, 2019, the message was answered and informed that the call was opened.
It is already 13:25 and no connection.
But it must have been the same truck that always goes by and only lives on the Vesc net wires that come to my home.
Apart from that when it rains, the cables are made of sugar and we are left without a connection.
How to give 0 star ???
I say that because I paid on time and I would like to have quality service.
Day 11.06.2020.
No connection until now at 14:55 and no satisfaction of the time that the service will return. Before it was a fall because of trucks that only aimed at "my" wire and now a fire I don't know where the burned equipment has not yet been repaired.

Um fim de semana inteiro sem internet. E sem satisfação.
Nesta pandemia MUITOS trabalham em casa, e dependem da internet. É o meu caso.
E mesmo que usasse a internet para o lazer, isso é inaceitável.
Se a gente contrata, PAGA, e não entregam... o que é isso ?!!
Novamente, NÃO CONTRATEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, se tiver comentários positivos sobre essa empresa das duas uma, ou é a empresa mesmo que posta ou são pessoas que contrataram agora, pois quem é usuário há algum tempo, sabe que não presta, faço ressalva ao bom funcionário Edson que nem deveria estar trabalhando nela. O atendimento é péssimo, cai frequentemente, no começo te enganam com a velocidade certa e com o tempo reduzem em 70%, vc reclame e continua do mesmo jeito. Acredito que a pior que já contratei.

Antes de colocar a rede de fibra a internet parava de funcionar 2 a 3 vezes ao dia (religiosamente, isso acontecia TODOS os dias), ao colocar a rede de fibra agora são de 5 a 10 vezes que a internet para de funcionar diariamente. A todo momento tem que desligar e religar o modem pra que a internet volte a funcionar. É bem simples, se quiserem estresse contratem, caso não queiram passem longe.

Before installing the fiber network, the internet stopped working 2 to 3 times a day (religiously, this happened EVERY day), when placing the fiber network, now there are 5 to 10 times that the internet stops working daily.
