★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2020, levei meu cachorro para uma consulta para tratar um processo alérgico, e, aproveitei e deixei ele no Pet Shop para o banho e tosa.
Quando fui buscá-lo, perguntei como foi pelo fato dele ser bem agitado e ficar com medo. Falaram que foi tudo bem e o Funcionário falou: "Tirando os pulinhos foi tudo bem". Outra funcionária ainda disse que ele estava quieto até demais.
Não entendi "pulinhos" como pulos que pode machucar.
Estranhei chegar em casa e o meu cachorro ser outro cachorro sem fazer ideia do que poderia ser. Sendo que me falaram que foi tudo bem.
Liguei na clínica e me informaram que poderia ser a falta do pelo. E a Veterinária recomendou dar dipirona.
Meu cachorro sofreu por dois dias, nem dormiu direito porque não conseguia encostar a cabeça. Além de não conseguir alimentar, tomar água, ficar com um mau hálito e sentindo dor.
Após dois dias levei a Clínica novamente e descobrimos que a mandíbula estava solta. Além disso, após o raio-x verificamos que trincou um osso da boca.
Tive o suporte da Veterinária, mas tive que parar o tratamento do processo alérgico que até hoje o afeta.
O fato dos profissionais não relatarem o que realmente ocorreu me deixou bastante preocupada. Será que acontece outras coisas que não são relatadas?
Hoje quando passamos perto do Pet Shop meu cachorro passa correndo.

I found it strange to get home and my dog to be another dog with no idea what it could be. Since they told me that everything was fine.
I called the clinic and they informed me that it could be the lack of hair. And the Veterinarian recommended giving dipyrone.
My dog suffered for two days, he didn't even sleep properly because he couldn't touch his head. In addition to not being able to feed, drink water, get bad breath and feel pain.
After two days I took the Clinic again and we found that the jaw was loose. In addition, after the x-ray, we found that a bone in the mouth had been cracked.
I had the support of the Veterinary, but I had to stop the treatment of the allergic process that still affects him today.
The fact that the professionals did not report what really happened made me very concerned. Does other things happen that are not reported?
Today when we pass near the Pet Shop my dog runs by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem cuidados justos com animais que ficam aguardando para banho horas sem água, comida e lotado de cachorro esperando atendimento etc. Administração desorganizada, não nos dão explicações por atrasos, pensam apenas no dinheiro que irão arrecadar e aceitam juntar inúmeros cachorros para esperar de higienização. Proprietária veterinária sem nenhum cuidado em administrar atendimento de banhos e tosas. Só pensa na arrecadação do dinheiro.
Se amamos nossos cachorros não recomendo nunca. Local antigo mas hoje
com queda significativa na qualidade e nos cuidados justos com nossos cachorrinhos.
No fair care for animals that wait for hours without water, food and full of dogs waiting for service, etc. Disorganized administration, they don't give us explanations for delays, they only think about the money they will raise and accept to gather countless dogs to wait for cleaning. Veterinary owner without any care in administering baths and grooming services. Just think about raising the money.
If we love our dogs, I never recommend. Old place but today
with a significant drop in quality and fair care for our puppies.
