Fui levar a gatinha de uma amiga para tomar uma vacina, a gata tinha chegado de viagem recentemente e estava em minha casa de passagem, a gata estava estressada e a veterinária ficou "irritando" a gata, mesmo vendo que a mesma estava já estressada. Foi super grossa comigo e com minha amiga, sem paciência para explicar nada e foi grossa também com um rapaz que estava ajudando ela a aplicar a vacina, grossa mesmo no sentido de merecer receber um assédio moral fácil.
Meu irmão já havia tido uma péssima experiência a pouco tempo, chamando inclusive a veterinária de Doutora Google, pois ao receitar um medicamento foi pesquisar no Google sobre ele, sobre a dosagem, etc.
Eu havia levado uma gatinha minha a muitos anos atrás, por falta de opção mesmo na época. A gata estava com um machucadinho na pata, a veterinária sem fazer exame algum simplesmente sugeriu que a gata teria que amputar a patinha, pois era um tumor. Oras, levei um outro veterinário (Doutor Antonio e Doutora Iara, esses sim excelentes profissionais) e eles me falaram que era só fazer uma raspagem, dito e feito, isso faz uns 5 ou 6 anos e a gatinha está muito bem, obrigada.
Não recomendo essa clínica nem que fosse a última de Guarulhos.

She was super rude to me and my friend, without the patience to explain anything, and she was rude to a guy who was helping her get the vaccine, even in the sense that she deserved easy bullying.
My brother had already had a very bad experience a short time ago, even calling the veterinarian Doctor Google, because when he prescribed a medicine he went to Google about it, about the dosage, etc.
I had taken a kitten of mine many years ago, for lack of options even at the time. The cat had a bruise on her paw, the veterinarian without taking any tests simply suggested that the cat would have to amputate the paw, as it was a tumor. Well, I took another veterinarian (Doctor Antonio and Doctor Iara, these are excellent professionals) and they told me it was just a sweep, said and done, that was 5 or 6 years ago and the kitten is very well, thank you.
I do not recommend this clinic even if it was the last one in Guarulhos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como mensurar a competência de um profissional? Até 6af 20.05 considerava a Dra Ana Paula proprietária da clínica competente, avaliei com 5 estrelas há 2 anos atrás. Hoje muito, mais muito decepcionada e sem nenhuma possibilidade de compreender a forma como ela atendeu a minha mãe, vizinha da clínica com 80 anos de idade, assídua e não foi merecedora de ter o celular da doutora, que internou nossa Yorkshire no sábado que estava desidratada e com quadro de diarréia aguda e deixando todos nós reféns dessa situação hoje às 16:30 hs foi informar a minha mãe que estava sozinha que a cachorrinha tinha morrido. E, que não poderia nos entregar, pois estava sem a chave da clínica. Mas que a morte foi as 5:00 hs da manhã de hoje e ela já havia trazido para clínica para mantê-la na geladeira. Crueldade. Desumanidade. A tendência é que o tempo nos torne melhor, que nossas falhas diminuam, nosso atendimento busque a excelência, não foi o caso. Estou falando de uma cliente que além dos serviços médicos utilizava os serviços de banho e tosa, que mantinha os dois cachorros em tratamento, não de uma cliente de 1a vez. Quantas vezes você apagar, quantas iremos publicar. E, se alguém quiser detalhes me procure, estou a disposição, como ficamos, desde as 18 hs do sábado aguardando notícias.
