Atendimento atencioso sem ser incomodo e conhecedores do bichos. Tem farmácia animal e corretamente exegido o receituario veterinario p venda de medicamentos. Tem sempre amostras gratis de produtos. Recomendo passe lá e leve seu bichinho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive 3x no consultório e falei do problema do que meu gato estava passando, a doutora insistiu em dizer que meu gato não estava bem e que não iria passar exame de sangue, meu gato estava magro, debilitado e precisando de uma transfusão de sangue, depois ela disse que ele precisava de soro, levei em outro consultório e já foi tarde demais conversei com uma profissional que me ajudou muito porém ele não resistiu e faleceu em seguida. Procurem outro consultório com maior auxilio. estabelecimento bom para brinquedos, comidas e tudo mais menos consulta!
I was 3x in the office and talked about the problem of what my cat was going through, the doctor insisted that my cat was not well and that he would not have a blood test, my cat was thin, debilitated and in need of a blood transfusion, afterwards she said he needed IV, I took him to another office and it was too late I talked to a professional who helped me a lot but he couldn't resist and died soon after. Look for another office with more help. good establishment for toys, food and anything but consultation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos clientes do antigo Boy Boy por muitos anos, onde levávamos nosso Yorkshire. Hoje, meu marido levou nosso Maltês e foi bem específico no queria (banho, tosa higiênica e aparar um dedo de pêlo). Imagine a nossa surpresa ao pegar o cachorro e ver que cortaram o pêlo rente ao corpo!! Se não bastasse apararam os cílios!!! Quem faz isso???? Revoltada!!! Não voltaremos nunca mais!!!
We were former Boy Boy customers for many years, where we took our Yorkshire. Today, my husband took our Maltese and he was very specific in what he wanted (bath, hygienic grooming and trimming a hairy finger). Imagine our surprise when we caught the dog and saw that the fur was cut close to the body!! If that wasn't enough, they trimmed the eyelashes!!! Who does this???? Angry!!! We will never return!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu gato para banho e limpeza de ouvido, o ouvido voltou sujo, um cheiro horrível de perfume e o mais grave cortaram as unhas de uma forma tão irresponsável que sangrou 3 unhas. E isso pq eu fiquei esperando por 1h e tive q sair enquanto secava, nesse período estavam dando banho em um Golden e derrubaram ele no chão, pois não tem uma escadinha algo simples. Enfim lugar péssimo. Não é seguro para os pets.
