★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para internação meu cachorro foi bem tratado porém depois da alta eu tive dúvidas e fui tratada com descaso e indiferença. Se negaram a dar uma receita de remédio que eles mesmo tinham alterado por conta própria e ainda sugeriram eu pagar 200 reais pra nova avaliacao; sendo que meu cachorro tinha saído a 12h da clinica apenas. Se trata de mais uma empresa gananciosa e mais nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Falta profissionalismo e educação, principalmente do tosador e da pessoa que se apresentou como responsável do local. Não forneceram o contato do proprietário do local. Somado a isso, descumpriram os prazos dados para o fornecimento dos exames que solicitaram ( claro que a cobrança dos mesmos foram feitas no ato ) e o prazo para entrega foi triplicado.
Terrible attendance. There is a lack of professionalism and education, especially from the shearer and the person who presented himself as responsible for the site. Did not provide the contact of the owner of the place. Added to this, they failed to comply with the deadlines given for the supply of the exams they requested (of course they were charged on the spot) and the deadline for delivery was tripled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais de 3 anos levo as cachorras da raça Shitzu da minha família para tosar lá. Saio da Lapa para levá las e elas sempre ficavam maravilhosas. Desta vez, meu marido levou e além de ter sido muito mal tratado pelo tosador Marcos, os pelos da minha cachorra ficaram tortos e com falhas. Não vale mais o esforço da distância e infelizmente, não indico mais o espaço.
For over 3 years I have taken my family's Shitzu dogs to groom there. I leave Lapa to take them and they were always wonderful. This time, my husband took it and in addition to being very badly treated by Marcos, my dog's fur was crooked and flawed. It is no longer worth the effort of distance and unfortunately, I no longer indicate space.

O veterinário que prestou atendimento para mim no período da madrugada, Dr. Matheus é um ótimo profissional.
A veterinária que me atendeu no período da tarde que infelizmente não me recordo o nome, também é Excelente.
As meninas do atendimento, são bem educadas e atenciosas.
O atendimento telefônico é rápido.
O preço é bem acessível.
Pra quem precisa de uma clínica com ou sem urgência eu recomendo.
Nota 1.000 a toda equipe.

The vet who attended me in the afternoon, unfortunately I don't remember the name, is also excellent.
The girls at the service are very polite and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local que não atende em conformidade com a LGPD , atendentes desenformadas e muito mal educadas e uma das atendentes alegou ser Perita Judicial Veterinária do estado de SP e disse que me expulsaria do estabelecimento , disse que ia chamar a polícia , totalmente desenquadrada de qualquer padrão básico de atendimento ao cliente , inclusive com total desconhecimento dos direitos dos clientes com relação a lei Geral de Proteção aos dados, é muito perigoso entregar seus dados pessoais para uma empresa que não conhece a legislação , utilizem outras clínicas veterinárias!!!!!!
