★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um móvel de quarto na loja da Carvalho de Souza - Madureira e a montagem nao ocorreu conforme combinado. Como o móvel está embalado, nem mesmo vi se está tudo ok. Deixei uma pessoa "plantada" em casa esperando por eles e simplesmente ninguém apareceu. Sequer um telefonema para justificar/reagendar. Ninguém atende os telefones informados no site da loja e tb na nota fiscal.
 I bought a bedroom furniture in the Carvalho de Souza - Madureira store and the assembly did not take place as agreed. As the furniture is packed, I did not even see if everything is ok. I left a person "planted" at home waiting for them and simply no one showed up. Not even a phone call to justify / reschedule. Nobody answers the phones informed on the store's website and tb in the invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá, uma poltrona e uma escrivaninha na loja de Madureira. A entrega foi agendada para uma quarta feira, no horário comercial. Não entregaram. Agendaram nova data. Novamente não entregaram. Fui a loja reclamar e o vendedor prometeu entregar na segunda feira. Entregaram. Agendaram a data para o montador ir montar a escrivaninha. Esperei das 10:00 as 16:00 horas na data marcada, ninguém foi. Ligo para loja no dia seguinte e o vendedor informa que nenhum montador queria ir montar a escrivaninha, porque a voltagem da sala e 220v e nenhum deles tem parafusadeira que trabalhe com essa voltagem. Além disso os funcionários do depósito estão em férias coletivas, só voltam depois do carnaval. Ou seja a escrivaninha só será montada depois de 19/02/2018. Fiz a compra no dia 17/01/2018.
I bought a sofa, an armchair and a desk at Madureira's store. The delivery was scheduled for a Wednesday, during business hours. They didn't. They scheduled a new date. Again they did not deliver. I went to the store to complain and the seller promised to deliver on Monday. They delivered. They set the date for the assembler to set up the desk. I waited from 10:00 to 16:00 on the scheduled date, nobody went. I call the store the next day and the seller informs me that no assembler wanted to go and set up the desk, because the room voltage is 220v and none of them has a screwdriver that works with that voltage. In addition, the warehouse employees are on collective holidays, they only return after the carnival. In other words, the desk will only be assembled after 02/19/2018. I made the purchase on 01/17/2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de uma cama na Loja Vezzo, e recebi o produto quebrado. Entrei em contato com a loja, que enviou um tecnico ao local, aonde foi identificado a quebra e falou que haveria troca do produto. Ja faz 2 semanas e nada..liguei para loja e fui informada que entrariam em contato para agendar a entrega (isso na primeira semana) e ate agora nao recebi ligação e muito menos o produto. Simplesmente terei que recorrer aos meus Direitos. Pois ja vou pagar a segunda parcela do Produto que nao estou utilizando.
I bought a bed at Loja Vezzo, and received the broken product. I contacted the store, which sent a technician to the site, where the break was identified and said there would be an exchange of the product. It's been 2 weeks and nothing ... I called the store and I was told that they would contact me to schedule the delivery (that in the first week) and so far I haven't received a call and much less the product. I will simply have to resort to my Rights. Because I will already pay the second installment of the Product that I am not using.

Agora ate o momento a empresa que impermeabiliza não entrou em contato comigo, quando a empresa me.ligou a mesa ainda não tinja sido entregue. Queria que a loja pedisse pra vir fazer a impermeabilização por favor, pois daqui a pouco as cadeiras estão sujas. Não estou deixando ninguem usá-las por conta disso. Obrigada. Estou ligando pra loja e ninguém atende.
The table I bought was delivered 1 week before Christmas, it is really beautiful. So far the waterproofing company has not contacted me, when the company called me the table has not yet been delivered. I would like the store to ask you to come waterproof please, because soon the chairs are dirty. I'm not letting anyone use them because of it. Thanks. I'm calling the store and nobody answers.

Me arrependi mt o sofa foi caro e ñ vale nada !!! Sou mt cuidadosa com as minhas coisas . O meu armário de cozinha tem por volta de 10 anos esta novinho . Com todo cuidado o sofá e péssimo ?
Pena left something to be desired at the time of delivery - mainly because I bought an inexpensive sofa, and they handed me a high end sofa. I regretted mt the sofa was expensive and worth nothing !!! I'm very careful with my stuff. My kitchen cabinet is about 10 years old. Very carefully the couch and lousy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível estou tentando efetuar contato com a loja e ninguém atende o telefone, o montador entrou em contato no domingo informando q iria efetuar o serviço na segunda pela manhã, q seria a segundo serviço no horário das 10 horas da manhã. Minha esposa e minha filha de 11 meses foram para o local já são 14 horas e ninguém apareceu. Entrei em contato por telefone e o mesmo super arrogante informa q está dentro do horário, pois o serviço e efetuado no horário comercial. Sabendo q o mesmo entrou em contato domingo, onde não obedece o cronograma.
Não recomendo q compre nada nessa loja, iram se aborrecer da mesma forma q eu estou me aborrecendo....

Horrible I am trying to contact the store and no one answers the phone, the assembler got in touch on Sunday stating that he would perform the service on Monday morning, q would be the second service at 10 am My wife and 11-month-old daughter went to the place at 2 pm and no one came. I contacted by phone and the same super arrogant informs that it is on time, because the service is done during business hours. Knowing that he got in touch on Sunday, where he doesn't follow the schedule.
I do not recommend q buy anything in this store, they will be bored in the same way that I am boring ....
