★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engana-se quem acha que é pequena, academia tem um ótimo espaço. A famosa academia "de bairro" que não perde em nada para outras por aí. Equipamentos mistos entre novos e antigos, mas todos com manutenção em dia. Limpeza ótima, banheiro sempre limpo, possui chuveiros, armários (retirar a chave na recepção, não é necessário cadeado).
Layout muito bem planejado, variedade e disponibilidade de equipamentos ok também.
Se servir de dica, colocaria porta na sala de ginástica, que apesar de ficar no fundo, deixa o peso livre com um som muito alto nós horários de aulas.
Professor Priscila do horário da manhã é um amor, super simpática (animada) e atenciosa, e olha que não solicitei ajuda (sou Personal Trainer), mesmo assim me recebeu super e me ajudou a me localizar nos primeiros dias.
Possui filtros para beber água e encher garrafas, mas não é tão gelado assim, disponibilizam alguns produtos como água, barrinhas e suplementos para venda.
Horário da manhã bem tranquilo, possível treinar sem se preocupar com espaço e revezamento de aparelhos, não conheço outros horários, passível de perguntas a recepção.
