★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por favor não façam serviço nessa empresa, é furada só prejuízo e perda de tempo. Fui nesta sábado (12 de marco), cheguei às 9, saí as 12. Fui trocar os pneus, alinhar e balancear. O serviço tinha ficado por 600 reais, quando me trouxeram a nota, tinha dado 1400, eles alegaram que eu autorizei fazer os serviços que eu não tinha autorizado.
E para pirracar, quando eu disse que não iria pagar pelo que não autorizei, eles retiraram os pneus novos e colocaram os velhos novamente, me fazendo perder meu sábado. Desfizeram até o que eu tinha autorizado.
Eles trabalham pelo dinheiro, e não na honestidade, querem empurrar peças porque ganham comissões em cima delas. O que me atendeu é um homem de duas palavras, mentiroso, que me falou uma coisa e diante do superior outra.
Evitem ao máximo ir nesse lugar. Eu olhei os comentários ruins antes e pensei que comigo iria ser diferente, resolvi da um voto de confiança. Me arrependo amargamente.
Poderia entrar com um processo por constrangimento, até porque o áudio de toda conversa, do inicio ao fim do serviço está gravado em meu celular. Mas vou me contentar com este comentário que estou colocando
Please don't do service in this company, it's just a loss and waste of time. I went this Saturday (March 12), arrived at 9, left at 12. I went to change the tires, align and balance. The service had cost 600 reais, when they brought me the bill, I had given 1400, they claimed that I authorized to do the services that I had not authorized.
And to kick ass, when I said I wouldn't pay for what I didn't authorize, they took out the new tires and put the old ones back in, causing me to miss my Saturday. They even undid what I had authorized.
They work for money, not honesty, they want to push parts because they earn commissions on them. The one who answered me is a man of two words, a liar, who told me one thing and in front of his superior another.
Avoid going to this place as much as possible. I looked at the bad reviews before and thought it would be different for me, so I decided to give it a vote of confidence. I bitterly regret it.
I could file a lawsuit out of embarrassment, even because the audio of the entire conversation, from beginning to end of the service, is recorded on my cell phone. But I'll settle for this comment I'm putting
