I love all the shoes, sandals, bags, toiletries and accessories sold on via mia. I always indicate. Every time I go there I'm not sure what to bring. Super fair price. They just aren't super resistant shoes! But super worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo as coisas da Via Mia, mas a loja do shopping Riomar deixa muito a desejar, o atendimento é ruim! As vendedoras ficam amontoadas conversando, geralmente perto do balcão do caixa. Iniciativa zero para vender, parece que estão com preguiça. O cliente precisa ficar pedindo por atendimento quando precisa tirar dúvidas ou pedir por outras opções. Acredito que quem não conhece a marca, acaba desistindo de comprar na loja. Hoje, cheguei a escolher ítens e desisti da compra pela forma como estava sendo atendida. Em algum momento perguntei se existiam bolsas na promoção e a resposta foi: sim! Não me mostraram as opções, faixa de preço, nada! Preferi pagar frete, comprando pelo site, pois
lá tenho acesso a todas as especificações do produto bem como opções de tamanhos e preços, sem precisar solicitar por atendimento. Atendimento que pela natureza do estabelecimento deveria ser dado sem grandes dificuldades.
I love Via Mia stuff, but the Riomar mall store leaves a lot to be desired, the service is bad! Saleswomen huddle together talking, usually near the checkout counter. Zero initiative to sell, looks like they're too lazy. Customers need to keep asking for service when they need to ask questions or ask for other options. I believe that those who do not know the brand, end up giving up buying in the store. Today, I got to choose items and gave up on the purchase because of the way I was being served. At some point I asked if there were bags in the promotion and the answer was: yes! They didn't show me the options, price range, nothing! I preferred to pay shipping, buying through the website, because
there I have access to all product specifications as well as size and price options, without having to ask for service. Service that, due to the nature of the establishment, should be given without great difficulties.
