★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cabo USB que apresentou defeito , troquei na garantia e esse parou de funcionar novamente após 4 meses de uso apenas e quando voltei na loja não trocaram mais pois disseram que já estava fora da garantia. Ou seja, a garantia não é do produto e sim da data da compra do primeiro produto. Os produtos tem garantia de 1 ano, porém se da defeito eles trocam mas vc não tem a garantia renovada junto com o produto novo substituído.
I bought a USB cable that was defective, I changed it in the warranty and it stopped working again after 4 months of use only and when I came back in the store they didn't change it anymore because they said it was out of warranty. That is, the warranty is not for the product, but for the date of purchase of the first product. The products have a 1-year warranty, but if they are defective, they will be exchanged, but you will not have the renewed warranty with the new product replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cabo na loja Mundo do Iphone do Shopping Riomar, dia 07/03/2019, com garantia contratual de 3 meses. Cerca de 40 dias depois, o produto apresentou mau contato. Compareci à loja para realizar a troca, munido de garantia, nota fiscal e do produto com a caixa, no dia de hoje, 18/04/2019 (dentro do prazo da garantia contratual). O atendente testou o produto, constatou o defeito, negou-me a entrega de um cabo novo e falou que o produto precisaria passar por um “setor de qualidade” da loja. Total falta de respeito com o consumidor. Produto de pouca qualidade, preço alto, facilidade na hora de comprar e burocracia na hora de resolver problemas. Não recomendo a loja e estou repassando a informação para todos os meus contatos.

The attendant tested the product, found the defect, denied me the delivery of a new cable and said that the product would need to pass through a "quality sector" of the store. Total lack of respect with the consumer. Low-quality product, high price, ease of buying and paperwork when solving problems. I do not recommend the store and I'm passing the information on to all my contacts.
