★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei pra fazer um serviço de substituição do kit amortecedor (coxim, mola, etc), já havia feito um orçamento em outro lugar que tinha dado 800 reais, ao deixar meu carro no Via Total expliquei ao mecânico e ele fez um orçamento muito rápido e disse que daria também por volta de 800 reais, como já estava lá decidi fazer o serviço.
Um tempo depois o rapaz me liga e diz que apareceu outro problema: os amortecedores precisavam ser substituídos causando um custo de MAIS 800 reais além do que já havia, ou seja o orçamento dobrou de uma hora pra outra. Por que não tirou a roda e olhou logo tudo que ia precisar antes de começar a fazer o serviço no carro? Não senti muita segurança mas ok, deixei fazer.
Algumas horas depois (o serviço demora muito) sou ligado novamente e avisado de que MAIS um serviço de cambagem seria necessário aumento em 200 reais o valor total, ou seja de 800 reais o orçamento foi pra 2000, não senti segurança alguma e pedi para desfazer o serviço, o rapaz falou que não tinha mais como, e apesar de estar no meu direito se eu quisesse cancelar o serviço eu aceitei.
Recebi apenas uma nota fiscal com todas peças trocadas e não as notas individuais, o que me daria mais segurança.
Além de tudo, após gastar 1800 reais o carro ainda não saiu alinhado, esta puxando um pouco para a esquerda.
Ao chegar em casa e olhar bem por cima o preço das peças na internet, percebi um superfaturamento nos preços. O par de amortecedor perfect e facilmente achado na internet por 500 e até 400, sendo que o que me foi vendido foi 800.
Sai da oficina triste e com o sentimento de não estar satisfeito, ao ler os comentários aqui me senti pior ainda, não voltaria a fazer negócio

A while later, the boy calls me and says that another problem has appeared: the dampers needed to be replaced, causing a cost of MORE 800 reais in addition to what already existed, that is, the budget doubled from one hour to the next. Why didn't you take the wheel off and look at everything you would need before starting to do the job in the car? I didn't feel very safe but ok, I let it go.
A few hours later (the service takes a long time) I am called again and warned that PLUS a currency exchange service would be necessary to increase the total amount by 200 reais, that is, 800 reais the budget was for 2000, I did not feel any security and asked to undo the service, the guy said he couldn't do it anymore, and although it was my right if I wanted to cancel the service, I accepted.
I received only one invoice with all the parts exchanged and not the individual bills, which would give me more security.
After all, after spending 1800 reais the car has not yet come out aligned, it is pulling a little to the left.
When I got home and looked over the price of the pieces on the internet, I noticed an overpricing in prices. The perfect shock absorber pair is easily found on the internet for 500 and even 400, and the one that was sold to me was 800.
I left the workshop sad and with the feeling of not being satisfied, when I read the comments here I felt even worse, I wouldn't do business again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem o tempo que dizem que vai durar o reparo. Fiz a troca de dois pneus, de um braço de direção e balanceamento. O primeiro rapaz que fez o serviço foi super rápido. O alinhamento demorou horrores pq o rapaz que faz o alinhamento mais conversa que trabalha. Não deixem saber que você tem horário! Quem alinhou meu carro foi o gerente e acho que nem alinhou direito pois foi coisa de 5 minutos.
They don't comply with the time they say the repair will take. I changed two tires, a steering and balance arm. The first guy who did the job was super fast. The alignment took horrors because the guy who makes the alignment more talks than works. Don't let them know you have a schedule! My car was lined up by the manager and I don't think it lined up right because it took 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não é bom, o sentimento é que o pessoal não está preocupado em resolver o seu problema. Estive recentemente no local, aguardei 2h30min para ser atendido e no final disseram que não resolviam o problema (um rasgo no mangote de arrefecimento do motor, causando vazamento do líquido de arrefecimento).
Fui até outra oficina próxima. Outro nível de atendimento, o mecânico super atencioso, viu que o problema era simples, nem precisava trocar peça, serviço rápido e com preço justo. Isso só mostrou que a Via Total não tem mecânicos preparados.
The service is not good, the feeling is that the staff is not concerned with solving your problem. I was recently at the site, waited 2h30min to be seen and at the end they said they didn't solve the problem (a tear in the engine's cooling hose, causing the coolant to leak).
I went to another workshop nearby. Another level of service, the super attentive mechanic, saw that the problem was simple, there was no need to change a part, fast service and a fair price. This only showed that Via Total does not have trained mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, serviço de péssima qualidade, uma demora absurda (4 horas para trocar, alinhar e balancear) Tudo isso devido está incluído na aquisição do pneu e ser "grátis".
Um conselho, quem quiser perder seu tempo, pode ir, caso contrário sugiro procurar uma loja de confiança, pagar e ter um serviço de qualidade. Experiência horrível e espero nunca mais ter de ir nesse lugar novamente.
